"This hotel has no staff or front desk. It consists of twenty super chic rooms on floor 1-4 in an old building with a restaurant where the hotel part must be totally new. You check in online and get directions and instructions by e-mail how to access the hotel and your room: You get a pin-code and a link to a digital key. However this information must be much more detailed, preferentially including a map, since it is not possible to find the hotel with the current instructions: We googled the address and were standing right in front of it and still didn’t see it! The restaurant where you have breakfast and pay outstanding costs is on street level in the same building but this is not clear from the information. However, well there, it’s a good hotel with really fine and chic rooms. Good value for money."

"A nice hotel in the middle of the Locarno. The man in the reception was really helpful and service minded. We got help eäwith both parking anfäd nice places to visit. A bit poor breakfast but a charmig location with a french balcony towards the street. It was really warm days and the fan had to short cord so the windows needed to be open why the noises from the street were disturbing. The room was spacious so there was a great familyroom. Close to restaurants, shops and adventures. "
