"Friendly staff but would maybe make ptärbably make case that the room rates are but high for what you get since everything seemed to have an extra fee. There was no flexibility to check in early (1hr) everyone had to check in at at 3 pm which had usall wait to get processe. Also I was surprised to find that the gym was not included and required an additional fee, as this was not advertised on the Hotels.com booking page. The bed was also a bit hard."

"We had a lovely one night stay at this hotel in Balmaha. Can highly recommend staying here and the food in the restaurant in the evening was also really good. Cafe next door had great coffee and icecream and a good bacon buttie in the morning for breakfast. Can highly recommend everything here . Remember to take a walk round the edge of the loch as well and climb the small hill for lovely views ! "
