“One of the best we’ve stayed in, very friendly staff, dog was welcome and room was very thoughtfully decorated, big mugs, fantastic shower and good layout. Only thing we didn’t like was the loo light coming on automatically, so in the middle of the night it shone into the bedroom.”

“Fantastiskt bemötande i genuin miljö. Alla rum är inte färdiga ännu (juli 2017) men de gör sitt bästa för att man ska få en bra vistelse. Vi fick träffa lokala sociala förmågor och hänga i baren med värdinnan som alla bidrog till att skapa den stämning som vi var ute efter att uppleva i det riktiga Skottland/England. Det absolut trevligaste boendet på en rundresa i England och Skottland på tjugo dagar.”

“If there's a b & b anywhere where the hosts are more attentlve, i've yet to visit it. A real gem of a place, spotlessly clean, great breakfast and a 5 minute walk to the town centre make this a great place to come. We have been twice now and there is sure to be a third when we revisit Dumfries.”

“Very welcoming to a very comfortable room. We took dinner at one of the local pubs - but be early as they do stop serving food. Ample parking - although I think it was very quiet. It was an icy night - and unfortunately, the heating failed, so it was chilly in the room. Nice and clean - bathroom too.”
