“We had a wonderful stay with three generations of our family. Check-in was easy, house was very clean, the kitchen was fully furnished, the grass was mowed and there were lots of games for all ages to play. The lake house was perfect. Everything was just as advertised and as shown in the photos.”

“The house is gorgeous, and the lake view is incredible! But the best part of our Thanksgiving Week here was the amazing customer service of the owners. They bent over backwards to assist us and were just wonderful to work with. There were 17 of us and everyone was comfortable and happy here. I cannot recommend this house enough! Just delightful all around!”

“The sunset sanctuary was the perfect location to stay at. It was perfect because the lake was shallow enough for the kids to stand and deep enough for adults to swim. “Such a great house with so much room!! It is also on a quiet part of Lake Anna so that the kids can enjoy swimming right off the dock as well as boating! Really nice neighborhood. We had a GREAT Family vacation. 6 adults, 3 children six and under and an infant. The kitchen is well equipped. There are fun games in the basement. There are kayaks, a canoe and a row boat as well. Will definitely go back!!!!”

“Overall the stay was fine. The driveway is unmarked so a little hard to find. Place doesn’t seem to be used much - lots of spiders. No dock makes it hard to get into water which was disappointing. House was clean but some counters had sticky residue on them. Chest in one of lower rooms was filled with tools which if we had a young kid would be an issue. Besides the missing dock the next biggest issue was the restaurant next door - live bands on Friday and Saturday night meant very loud noises...

“We really enjoyed our week in your beautiful home! Awesome lake views and sunsets, and the dock is perfect…plenty of shade can be found as well as areas to sun. We enjoyed the paddle boards/kayak as well! The home is well equipped with everything you could possibly need, and plenty big for our party of 12! Another bonus…Tim’s and Moo Thru are super close via boat! You will surely get a good work out going up and down the stairs to the dock, but really happy that a railing was added to assist...
