“The room was clean and in order. I had a poor experience with the hot springs hot tub pools being very dirty and algae-filled. I made the mistake of getting there after dark and getting in the pool with my light colored bikini and being very sorry when I got back to my room to find it was completely ruined by the algae in the hotsprings pool. On the plus side- I have to talk-up Tim in the Spa. His massage was awesome and I would love to go back for service from him. Please clean the pools so...

This is a hotel room, but we hadn't appreciated that there would be no maid service as it is booked privately.
