“This place is the best!! There was more than enough room for us all and so many nice touches too! ... Great beds, huge fridge, all the appliances we needed and great water pressure with plenty of parking space! The wraparound porch was a treat and the view was fantastic. We had missed that there was no AC, but as long as we kept windows open at the right times of day it never got too warm. Would definitely recommend!!”

“Took the family out to 4x4 the alpine loop and passes into Telluride. Easy check-in, great location and kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pans etc. to prepare a nice family meal. Patio overlooking the Uncompahgre River was a relaxing way to finish the day.”

“Overall great! Knocking off one star because the listing indicates a mountain view, but the view was of a gondola and a back parking area with trees. The room was very stuffy upon arrival. We messaged the host asking about air conditioning and was met with a patronizing reply telling us to open the window. It was 77 degrees and sunny, the room was stuffy, one of the windows wouldn't stay open, and the fan available in the closet had a broken control dial. The location was fantastic and the room...
