Property Details:
This 100-sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor with an elevator. The living area is furnished with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and dining table and chairs and can also be used as a work-from-home space. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, including a sink, electric kettle, toaster, mini-fridge, stove, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine. You'll also find complete sets of dishes, cutlery, crockery, as well as pots, pans, and cooking utensils. For your convenience, the flat includes a washing machine and drying rack, along with an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop, and broom.
The bedrooms face the street and are each furnished with two double beds and high-quality mattresses. You'll be provided with professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows, and pillowcases, along with bath towels for every guest.
The flat features two full bathrooms, each equipped with a bathtub/shower, sink, and toilet. The first is an en-suite bathroom connected to the master bedroom, while the second is accessible from the hallway. For your convenience, the bathroom includes a hair dryer and complimentary essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap to get you started.
Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 must be paid via a secure payment link before arrival

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 6 people.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a £90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - £120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.
Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
