Well, I didn't like the receptionist lying about having called a Black Cab and when in fact she called someone else (her relative making extra cash?). The "cab" had no company logo, no price list, no taximeter, no "taxi" sign or anything that could identify that car as a taxi-cab. The driver was reporting our position to some male over the phone, none of them was speaking English, so I had no idea what he was saying. I’d describe it as if I was being kidnapped experience. When I told the manager what happened I was suggested to be paid £10 for the inconvenience.
Short summary: stay somewhere else. I know I will.
