This one-bedroom apartment is ideal for couples or solo travellers. The living room features comfortable seating, a TV, and a dining table for relaxing or enjoying meals.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and crockery, and a washer is available for laundry. The bedroom has a double bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom includes towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is on the first floor and accessible by stairs only.

No fans are provided, so summer heat may feel warm, and bedside lamps are limited.

The neighbourhood is safe and convenient, with cafes, shops, and public transport nearby.

This vibrant residential area in London offers a fantastic local experience while keeping you well-connected to the city. Just 20 minutes to King's Cross and 35 minutes to Oxford Street, it's the perfect base for both urban explorers and those seeking a more laid-back neighbourhood vibe.

Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find excellent local restaurants, coffee shops, a greengrocer, and a butcher. A small supermarket is just an 8-minute stroll away for your essentials.

Top Local Picks:
Perilla – A stylish, modern British restaurant known for its set menus and refined dishes. It's on the pricier side, but we suspect a Michelin star is on the horizon.

Jolene – Just 5 minutes away on the green, this hip spot offers seasonal small plates with Italian and British influences. Don't miss their morning pastries, fresh bread, and great coffee.

Canonbury overground station is 7 minutes walk away, this connects with East London and the Victoria Line at Highbury and Islington. Highbury and Islington station is a 15 minute walk. There are local buses that go to central London from the end of the road.

Canonbury Station will connect you to the tube and the Victoria Line if you go one stop to Highbury and Islington. From there its a very quick journey to central London. The Overground will also connect you with East, North and South London.

Buses go from the end of the road (opposite Newington green fruit and veg) or from the green (outside Jolene) to Kings Cross and central London

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
