Ok hotell nära flygplatsen. Transfer från/till flygplatsen som gick en gång/timma och kostar 5 Pounds/väg. Hotellet hjälper inte till att ringa efter taxi. Detta måste man göra själv!

Bra frukost och bemötande av personalen, det ända negativa var att receptionens personalen inte kunde så mycket om hur man kunde ta sig till Windsor, som turist behöver man kunna få en viss information för att ta sig i området

If you don’t have any choice, go for it!
I reserved and paid for the room with two breakfasts for me and my son in good time in advance. When we arrived at the hotel the receptionist confirmed the room with breakfast. But in the morning when we were in hurry to go to the airport and wanted to take a quick breakfast around 7:00 - 8:00 AM the service people asked for the breakfast vouchers and two people, yes two people a man and a woman in the reception desk refused to allow us breakfast saying just one breakfast was paid and if we needed to take breakfast we had to pay about 10.5 pounds per breakfast. I told them repeatedly that I had already paid for it but they just ignored. They were insisting me to pay or go. Finally I had to go to my room at the 4th floor to get document to show them that I had the printed receipt showing I paid for the room with two breakfasts. Then they agreed but it was such an embarrassing situation for me in front of others. We lost the interest to go for a proper breakfast, I wanted to take a cup of coffee but the machine was not functioning and we had to leave the hotel soon for the airport. I have a feeling that these guys tried to manipulate people to earn a bit extra, which is not a good practice.

I do apologize for the inconvenience during your stay, I can assure you this is not something that we do in our hotel. The confusion comes from that for us the reservation was for only one person, of course as you have showed the confirmation we have agreed for the breakfast. Once again I do apologize as a i understand this has not met your expectations.

Mycket prisvärt hotell
Mycket bra hotell med tanke på priset. Bekvämt avstånd till Heathrow med buss. Åt en mycket god ceasarsallad.

We booked and was confirmed room with double bed but got room with two single beds did inform staff but couldn't get the issue resolved even though we showed the booking confirmation clearly stated room with double bed.

Has a retro, refreshed 70s shabbiness, think brown carpets and plywood, but generally clean. Can take the Hotel Hoppa bus to the hotel, 6.8 pounds one way (gouging at each step), takes about 20 min. Staff super helpful

I arrived at 2200 to check-in after a long travel. The IT system "just broke" and couldn't be fixed with no backup plan of any kind. I was transferred to another hotel and checked in there at 0200.

Computer system was down. Took one hour and a half to find alternative which involved taking us by minibus to another Ibis Hotel 20 minutes further away from airport. During wait we were offered a limited free drink in the bar. Will never stay with this chain of hotels anywhere again!
