The Neighborhood:

Marylebone is within the City of Westminster, London. An affluent area, its boundarys stretch from Marylebone Road to the north, Oxford Street to the south, Great Portland Street to the east and Edgware Road to the west. The area encompasses Regents Park and Baker Street made famous to some by Arthur Conan Doyle through Sherlock Holmes.



Getting Around:

You can travel easy around the area via tube stations, Boris bikes, electric scooters or you can order Uber, bolt or Freenow.



Other Things to Note:

Nearest car park is Church Street Car Park. It costs £25 per day.

✔The property is equipped with 1 portable air conditioning unit and floor fans for the other rooms. The portable air conditioning unit is movable and can be placed in whichever room guests prefer during their stay.



✔Travel cot and high chair are available upon request and subject to availability. Please note that a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to arrange these items with a fee of £55



✔ Check-Out: By 11:00 AM. Late check-out delaying cleaners will incur a £100 per hour fee if not arranged or approved by us in advance.



✔ Smoking Policy: No smoking inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in a £300 fee.



✔ Lost Keys: Guests are responsible for keys. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a £100 replacement fee (covers replacement and rekeying).



✔ Lockout Fee: If you lock yourself out, a £100 call-out fee applies for assistance to regain entry.



✔ Events & Gatherings: Wild parties , events or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.



⚠ Please note: Any violation of the above rules will result in the applicable penalty or fee.



⚠ Cleaning & Amenities: This is not a serviced apartment, so it will not be cleaned during your stay. Cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee. Amenities such as toilet paper and toiletries will not be replenished once they run out.
