Not good at all
Dirty and not fresh at all. Do not understand how this hotel can be a 5 stair. Stay in London so many time for work and this was in bottom league. Only good is close to Paddington Station.

Dålig kvalitet på detta hotell
Rummet skulle vara med ac men den fungerade inte. Anmärkte på detta till personalen som hela tiden lovade åtgärd vilket aldrig skedde och det blev jättevarmt att vistas där. Frukosten var knapphändig, endast tunt vitt sladdrigt bröd och kakor. Har bott på andra hotell i London i samma prisklass som detta men som varit mycket fräschare och med fungerande ac och dylikt.

Rummet jag först fick luktade avlopp. Fick dock byta till ett ok men väldigt litet rum. Läget är centralt och lugnt. Tveksamt om jag bor här igen.

Små lyhörda rum
Extremt små rum även för att vara i London och fick rum i källaren vid trappan som extremt lyhört. Enkel & spartansk frukost. Enda positiva var läget.

Great Hotel and Tasty food in their Restaurant
We really enjoyed our big and nice room. The beds were the best we have had in our stay in 10 different good hotels in UK. The hotel is nicely situated close to Paddington Station. The people working in the Hotel were all so nice and Friendly. When I go back to London I would prefer to stay in the same Hotel.

Vänlig o hjälpsam personal, bra läge nära Paddington station. Badrock, tofflor o schampoo/lotion fanns på rummet. Även äpplen te och kakor. Bra engelsk frukost men lite dyr. Rummen mot gatan kan vara lite bullriga.

Great hotel for heavy travelers
I am traveling 100 days a year and has had problems finding a great hotel in London. Either they are the mig chains or scruffy tourist traps. I want a friendly family style hotel close to communications. The Chilworth was great and is now a favorite in London. Great service, extremely friendly hosts. I had a Club Room which suited me well. EU-sockets and USB sockets to charge computer, phone etc was great. Next time I will try the SPA and Yoga as well. Did not try the breakfast this time as I had breakfast meetings in the city They helped me with a very early checkin as I arrived already before lunch. This made my day as I had lots of phone meetings I could handle in the room instead of the reception area.

The hotel was very convenient and the people at the hotel were very helpful. I did not like the size of my room as it was very small considering how much I paid per night.

I checked into my first room, only to find a crawling worm like bug on the mattress - I was understandably shocked! The rest of the room was ok, though very dark and dusty. I spoke to reception - they came to check the bed and found the same (or another) bug also on the mattress, so agreed to move me. However, they didn't help me with my bags until I asked, there were very little words spoken to me about the situation, and certainly nothing said that would reassure me the same would not happen in the next room (which was only next door to the first room). The member of the team then stood and watched me strip the bed in the next room to check the mattress, still no word of apology for the inconvenience, and also no consideration for my distress, and the fact I was now running very late for an event. The bed in the second room was ok, but not the cleanest I've ever experienced, and again the room was dark and dusty, with other half dead white 'flies' all over the carpet and around the ceiling lights. I had to stay in the room as I had no time to find a new hotel and make my event in this instance, but I barely slept on returning to the room, and left very early the next day. I was really shocked and upset at the lack of care provided by the team, along with the level of hygiene in the rooms - I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Sadly, this doesn’t present as a 5* hotel. The staff were lovely but the doors to neighbouring rooms were slamming regularly and the room wasn’t particularly clean.

Great location , close to the underground subway and restaurants and shopping . Probably the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in but I was travelling solo so it was ok . I would not recommend a room in the basement as it was so loud and had no windows. However the front desk very accommodating and moved me after the first night .
