The Space:
This is a new beautifully crafted private two bedroom apartment, with its south-facing garden, is all about space, comfort and brightness. It is within a 5 storey Victorian building but with its own private entrance.
The finishes are new, seamless and wonderfully thought out and detailed. The living space is at the heart of the apartment with relaxing comfortable luxury furniture. The adjoining dining space with its beautiful bespoke oak table and chairs sits under a glass roof equipped with roof blinds and faces onto the garden accessed by a large glass door blurring the boundaries between inside and out. The kitchen is integrated within the living spaces. TVs are provided to the main living space and the principal bedroom. A smart speaker is provided for use.
There are two bedrooms one to the front and the other to the rear opening onto to the lovely garden with comfortable chairs and table. The rear main bedroom has a super king bed and has an ensuite shower room. Built in wardrobes, with extensive storage and shelving is provided throughout. The second bedroom contains a double bed and lots of wardrobe space. Throughout there is this feeling of calmness and privacy.
There are two study areas with desks, one is a room to the front of the property with a large bay window and large sliding doors enabling it to convert from a private space for work into becoming integrated once again with the open plan living. The other desk space to the rear is adjacent to the dining area. The apartment has a superfast broadband service.
There is a further shower room serving the other spaces. To the front adjoining the entrance is the utility room containing laundry appliances. The sophisticated systems include Lutron programmable lighting for the recessed downlights and feature pendant and lamps. The heating throughout is underfloor providing an even level of comfort throughout. Hot water is pressurised providing excellent water pressure.
Guest Access:
Access is from the front of the building through the stone terrace and garden and down some steps. The apartment is a single-level unit located on the lower ground floor, it's about 8 steps down to the front door.
I would suggest leaving your luggage at the top of the steps until you access the flat.
