Ovidio’s House is a balance between comfort and convenience. Amazing studio flat, recently refurbished and close to many amenities. You will enjoy an amazing terrace overlooking a very peaceful area. Surrounded from a quiet neighbourhood, this comfortable studio flat is situated in the artsy yet residential Crouch End. Crouch End feels like an urban retreat, has a lovely village feel and is home to a an array of bohemian residents. There is a vibrant and strongly supported local arts scene.
The space
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen features a hob, oven and fridge. You'll also find basic cooking supplies, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, and pans. A hot water kettle, and washing machine are also available for your use. There is a table and 2 chairs to be used as dining space.
Spend relaxed mornings dozing in the comfortable bed before putting together a light breakfast at the fully-equipped kitchen.
Relax in the living area with a comfortable sofa bed. The entire space is professionally cleaned for your comfort and convenience.
A wall window gives access to a spacious and amazing terrace that overlooks a peaceful area. There is a lot of light and a silence so when the weather is nice you will be able to have a good rest or enjoy a book.

There is a plenty of supermarkets and small groceries and you have the most fabulous and chic range of restaurants, coffee shops and pubs ever, on your doorstep!
A huge park and a cinema are very closed as well.
Crouch End is even surrounded from other important green areas such as Alexandra Palace, Highgate Wood, Queen's Wood, Stationers Park and Finsbury Park.
Bus stops 1 minute walking distance away connect you to tube and rail services within 10 minutes, so central London is reachable within half an hour.
There are many transport options:
Finsbury Park Tube is a ten minute bus ride away and offers access to two tube lines: Victoria and Piccadilly lines and overland trains into Moorgate and Kings Cross or out to Hertfordshire.
Archway tube is a ten minute bus ride away and offers access to the Northern line.
The bus stop is three minute walk from the flat (for W7 bus). 91 is also available to take you to Kings Cross, Holborn, Whitehall and Trafalgar Square or 41 to Archway (for Northern Line). The W7 bus also goes to Muswell Hill.
