Great in every way!
Great in every way! We got a good deal price wise and were super impressed by what we got for the price. Great location, great staff, bigger room than expected and super comfy beds. We will definitely come back.

Rummet var stort och bra. Noterade att det var dåligt städat under sängarna. En massa dammtussar kom fram när vi flyttade lite på ena sängen. Badrummet var också dammigt på ovansidan av speglar och liknande. Hade önskat mer krokar i badrummet. Likså när man kom in i rummet så saknade jag något att hänga upp jackan på. Frukosten helt ok. Servicen i receptionist var jättebra. Hotellt ligger bra till så det kan helt klart rekommenderas.

Don’t book this hotel!
For you who are thinking about booking this hotel, DON’T! The reception staff is not only rude, they are also unwilling to make the stay better for their guests. We got the smallest room in history, dirty and not at all what the pictures looked like when we booked. The view was terrible. We kindly asked if there was another room that we could get but it was a hard no. The breakfast was ok, but not more than that. The location of this hotel is superfar from everything. Book another hotel!

The hotel room was not cleaned properly when we arrived. The reception was okay, but all the working personnel used their phones and were being ignorant. When we finally got our keys we used the elevator/lift and a horrible smell came over us. The smell in the hotel and hotel room was horrible. I had a hard time breathing and we quickly realized it was because of the BLACK MOLD in the bathroom. It’s a health hazard and I really don’t recommend going here. We payed too much for so bad quality. STAY AWAY!

Mkt fin frukostbuffé. Vi hade ett trippelrim där sängarna var mkt små. Queen bed var 1.40. Vi försökte uppgradera oss, men det gick inte. Ok personal, men inget utöver det vanliga. Baren var öppen torsdag till söndag. Ingen restaurang. Perfekt avstånd till tunnelbana och restauranger samt mataffärer.

Besökt london många gånger och vet hur standarden kan va. Valde därför detta lite dyrare hotel denna gång som enligt info skulle vara i lyxstil haha. Hotellet bör uppdatera info till hotels.com då baren endast va öppen tor-sön samt restaurangen va stängd samt lite annat inte va rätt Helt ointresserad personal i incheckning Housekeeping bankade på dörren två morgnar o ville städa innan vi ens gått upp Positiva saker är: frukost väldigt bra för att vara london ganska trevlig personal som fyllde på hela tiden Stort rum med aircondition. Bra område med mat o restauranger Helheten med Hotellet kunde dock varit bättre med uppdaterad info Tveksamt om vi bokar detta igen

Personal weren’t as nice as you would have hoped, one in the night staff in particularly, (thought he who I believe was the owner were very helpful and nice). In other places we have stayed at things like help with earlier breakfast when you have something booked would not have been a problem. But maybe that’s an English thing, we haven’t been to England before.

Rent och fräscht. Fint badrum. Lagom stort rum. Sköna sängar och kuddar. Tre kanaler på tvn. Litet kylskåp med bra kyla. Men tyvärr var det väldigt kallt på rummet. Gick inte att justera värmen, luftvärmepumpen reagerade inte på knapptryck. Vi bodde på bottenvåningen.

The staff is a bit uninterested in you as a guest. When we checked in the temperature in the room was set to 28! Three people in a small room. We couldn’t change it our self so we had to go down to reception. I had pre payed for a bottle of champagne that should have been in the room as we arrived but it wasn’t. I paid a lot for that service and the hotel didn’t delivered. Just over all the hotel is nice and all but the staff should be more interested in their guests. One time three people worked in the reception but only one of them could help with stuff…. When they cleaned the room they left trash but made the bed? Dishes were also left behind. And last but not least- when we checked out from the hotel line staff member we’re obviously sick! And didn’t asked us about our stay or anything. Breakfast was good. Nice decor and okey rooms. Over all I wouldn’t go back. Around the area we visit other hotels with much nicer staff. You wanna feel welcomed. This hotel is nothing extra. Just roof over your head basically.

Trivsamt hotell med bra läge
Park international är det hotell jag oftast väljer i London och det har blivit många gånger nu. Hotellets läge är perfekt i förhållande till museum, restauranger och allmänna kommunikationer. Rummen är varierande i storlek och ut mot gatan hörs trafiken. Headset eller öronproppar kan vara bra. Sängarna är sköna. Personalen är hjälpsam både i receptionen och hotellets bar och restaurang.

Nice hotel, well worth the money
The hotel is easily reached from Heathrow by underground Picadilly line to Glochester road and 5 minutes walk to the hotel . The staff is very friendly, the rooms tidy and the breakfast perfect. You have all major sights within convenient reach. Have stayed at the hotel 4 times during the last 20 years.

Jag reste med två av mina söner och min lillebror.jag har bott på hotellet flera gånger och har alltid uppskattat det. Läget är perfekt. Nära t-bana, museer, Hyde park, restauranger, affärer vid Knightsbridge och underbara områden för promenader. Vi fick våra rum trots att vi kom redan vid 11-tiden på förmiddagen. Rummen är inte stora men bekväm säng och ok standard. Renstädat, om än lite slitet. Elen på mitt rum gick inte att få igång men direkt när jag sa till, fixade de det. Personalen är fantastiskt hjälpsam och trevlig. Baren som är mysig och bemannad med mycket serviceminded personal var inte öppen alla dagar längre. Kanske tillfälligt efter pandemin. Den stora besvikelsen var frukosten. Den har alltid varit väldigt fin och prisvärd. Nu är vi bara en gång. Det varma som stekta ägg, äggröra, korv och bacon etc var helt ok. Brödet trist och magert med pålägg. Osten hittade vi inplastad, tjockskurna färdigförpackade.smakade plastigt. Marmelad ochi små plastförpackningar. Till skillnad mot förr, fick man ingen kanna med kaffe/te utan personalen hämtade kaffe i en kopp och serverade vid bordet. Som sagt, personalen gjorde sitt jobb bra och är fantastisk men hotellet har chanserat. Jag hoppas och tror att det är tillfälligt, kopplat till bristande efterfråga under pandemin och det att nästa gång är som vanligt igen. Jag är inte redo att överge hotellet, än.
