THE ISLAND + THE GEODOME
Your private island sits on the headwaters of the lake, surrounded by shallower water perfect for kayaking into hidden coves, bank fishing, or simply floating in peace. The geodome is your evening centerpiece: unwind inside it at dusk, watch the light fade over the rockwalls, and stay until the stars take over. There's no better ending to a day in Kentucky.

Note: The headwaters area is shallower than the main lake body — ideal for kayaks, fishing, and calm water experiences. The boat ramp is just 4 houses away for those bringing their own vessel. Kayak rentals are available through Fun On Cumberland.

THE HOME
This is new construction luxury done right. The main kitchen and living area sit upstairs with sweeping views of the surrounding landscape from every window. The kitchen features leathered granite counters, a massive island, full stainless appliances, and a pot filler over the stove — for the guests who actually cook on vacation. Multiple decks give you places to sit with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening while the wildlife moves through the trees below.

THE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Two private king suites mean everyone sleeps well. The upstairs primary suite has a spa-style en suite with an 8-foot shower and a walk-in closet. The lower-level king bedroom has its own hall bath. Additional sleeping includes a 3rd bedroom with twin daybed with trundle, a queen sofa sleeper in the lower-level rec room, and twin rollaways available on both levels — comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests across the property.

GOOD TO KNOW
Check-in is 3:00–9:00 PM with a personalized smart lock code sent to your phone on arrival day. A rental agreement and government ID are required prior to arrival. Due to health-related reasons, we're unable to host pets of any kind. Entry is via a shared gravel access road — as a courtesy to neighbors, we ask for arrivals before 9 PM.
