Refund & Goodwill Policy

• Refunds are not tied to the accommodation price
• Any resolution is handled as a goodwill gesture only

Compensation Structure

• If the hot tub is confirmed as not working after troubleshooting:
→ A goodwill gesture of approximately £10 – £15 per affected day may be offered
• This reflects:
* The partial value of the experience
* Fair and proportionate resolution
• Maximum goodwill is typically up to 50% of the £30 per stay value
