We called the phone number and the operator said maintenance would be there in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later no maintenance. We had driven more than 5 hours with two small children called back the operator said the last person using the cabin took the key, the only place available would sleep 4 2 double beds. “We had a great stay with my 2 kids and hubby. The place was clean and new we stayed at camp site #19 at cabin-vale. Place is quiet, we had no issues. Definitely will be coming back in the summer ! ”

“The lobby gave a decent first impression, but it was very misleading to the rest of the property. We had to ask to be moved rooms after getting to our first assigned room and discovering hair still on the bathroom floor, what appeared to be dried soda splattered all over a good portion of the wall near the sofa, and dried rice grains stuck to the wall near the desk! The next room was at least better than that, but still not the most clean. Took the kids to the pool where the door leading to...
