“The house was nicely updated. Plenty of space. Beds were comfy. Four porches to enjoy the views. Pool was small but the kids loved it. Didnt see any other villa with this amenity. There was a lot of boat traffic in and out of the marina. Could be annoying if you dont enjoy the music they might be playing. The bridge from Rt 1 is also able to be heard if outside but other than that it was pretty peaceful. ”

“This property is exactly as described except it is more private and tranquil than you can ever imagine. Very comfortable for the 6 of us all adults. The location is ideal for boaters, the marina fee for the day was only 50. The home has spectacular views and ocean access is immediate. AC is nice and cold which is hard to find in the Keys. “A wonderful vacation rental. The house was very clean on arrival. Kitchen was fully equipped. The dock was a dream for taking the boat out everyday. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. “Overall very happy with the property. The pool was wonderful, the beds were super comfy and the extras were much used. It is a very baby friendly house and perfect for our large group, we never felt like we were on top of each other. The location is fantastic as our kids were able to bike to many places. "Jag bodde här tillsammans med min man och vår tonåring tre nätter. Hotellet är väldigt trevligt och all personal var mycket tillmötesgående. Rummet var stort och rymligt. Frukosten var bra och varierad. På hotellet finns två pooler. Vi bodde i huvudbyggnaden och använde poolen som var närmast. Trevligt poolområde med bord, stolar och solsängar. Även en liten bar. På området finns restaurangen Sparky’s landing där vi åt middag. Bra restaurang och skönt med gångavstånd. Det finns även en marina nära hotellet där man kan åka på snorklingtur mm. Hotellet ligger i ett bra område och med lagom avstånd för att kunna besöka Key West, Key largo och flera platser. Jag rekommenderar detta hotell varmt till alla som söker ett bra boende i Florida keys."
