As you enter the condo through your private elevator, you will find an open floor plan with breathtaking views. Next to the elevator, you will find the fully-equipped kitchen, which is designed for the chef at heart and includes a small bar and mini-fridge that can hold up to twenty bottles of wine. Adjacent, you will find the living room, which is furnished with two lovely day chairs and an L-shaped couch. The informal dining room can accommodate up to four comfortably. Across from the kitchen, you will find the formal living and dining rooms. The dining room boasts a floor to ceiling mirror and seating accommodations for up to six. The second living room boasts two large couches, two day-chairs, and sliding glass doors that lead out to your tropical oasis. Through the sliding doors, you will be greeted by paradise. There are 3 chaise lounge chairs, as well as, outdoor seating to accommodate up to four comfortably. From here you have views of The Gulf Of Mexico in every direction.

As you make your way down the large hallway, you will find the master bedroom to the left. This bedroom boasts a king-size bed with private access to the outdoor patio. Attached is the master bathroom, which includes dual vanities, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower! As you continue down the hall you will find the second bedroom. This bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and plenty of space for your personal belongings. Attached is the second bathroom with a gorgeous vanity, and shower/tub combo. At the end of the hall, you will find the third bedroom, which boasts a queen-size bed and a gorgeous wrap-around balcony connecting to the fourth room. Attached is the third bathroom, with a gorgeous vanity and a large walk-in shower with a detachable showerhead! To the right, you will find the fourth bedroom. This bedroom offers two twin-size beds, private full bathroom and plenty of dresser space for your personal belongings.
