Denna perfekta ö getaway ligger på södra spetsen av Longboat Key med en vacker strand och poolområde.

Denna 10: e våningen deluxe-enhet har cirka 1700 kvadratmeter med en 52 "lång, öppen strandlanai. Synpunkterna kan inte vara beat! Stranden är stor och poolen och barrel inbjudande också!

Det stora vardagsrummet och matsalen och båda sovrummen är öppna för Lanai. Nyligen möblerad (2016) och mycket attraktiv. Det finns Hi Def TV, FIOS för Internet och DVR. Båda badrummen slutfördes ombyggda hösten 2012. Det fullt utrustade köket var vackert renoverat sommaren 2011. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med omklädningsrum och badkar. Gäst sovrummet har två xtra långa full size sängar, ett omklädningsrum och bad. Det finns en Queen Aero (blow-up) säng om du behöver extra sovande. Alla rum är inredda i modern och floridisk stil.

Du kommer att njuta av underbar utsikt och underbara boende i denna fastighet vid stranden. Longboat Key och dess strand är din att njuta av.

Våra gäster har tillgång till den vackra privata stranden, poolen och barrelområdet. Semesteranläggningar (golf, matsal, tennis, rum & städservice eller fitness) är privata och ingår ej. Inga pengar byts ut på fastigheten.

Great stay on Longboat key

Excellent location with all of the accommodations one would need. Beach was spectacular with the warm waters of the Gulf. Cannot wait to go back.

Amazing location

We have stayed at the Long Boat Key club in the past through the resort, but this location was better than any prior stays. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The decor was great, but most of all this location has one of the best views of the water in the entire property. We will definitely come back to stay!

Beautiful Condo

This is an excellent property. The view from the extra large balcony is fantastic. The condo has plenty of room, fully updated and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring everything Sarasota has to offer. Already planning our next trip! The property manager was a pleasure to deal with.

Outstanding property but too many negatives!

The unit itself was outstanding. However there were too many negatives. We couldn’t get access to the baggage carts because “we weren’t staying in the hotel?” Had to make 10 trips to get everything to and from the car and the tenth floor. We couldn’t use the restaurant or the poolside bar because “we weren’t staying in the hotel?” Now the Red Tide shows up which made the beach unusable. Then a hospital convention shows up and they made us get off the poolside chairs cause they needed them for the convention people. The pool then became unusable due to everyone using the pool since the beach was unusable. Now, I understand the Red Tide is not the Hotels fault but why they insisted on treating us as second class citizens was too much. I will never understand why they wouldn’t take our money at the bar or restaurant. That’s is beyond believe. Whatever deal you have with them should be changed. It’s ridiculous! Again, we loved the unit and the location. It’s a shame you don’t have an agreement that treats your guest the same as people “staying in the hotel”.

The Views!

Our party of 4 adults over age 60 really enjoyed this beautiful 10th floor condo with spectacular views. The bedrooms and common room are really large and comfortable. We were lucky to have perfect beach days, but if you aren't a beach person or it's rainy, you could sit in the shade on the covered balcony all day, enjoying the changing skies and surf. The sunsets are usually pretty spectacular! The only downside to staying in this unit is that you don't have resort privileges like eating at their restaurants, using the spa or workout rooms, or food service on the beach. You do get two chaise lounges on the beach, but you'll need to rent an umbrella. We honestly didn't miss any of that since it was very pleasant having our own coffee and bagels on our balcony every morning, and brought our own snacks and drinks to the beach with us. Overall, our expectations were exceeded at this condo. We will definitely consider renting this unit again.

Amazing views from 10th floor of the Resort at LBK Club

We loved our week in LBK❤️💜💚 !!! I have been twice before and my last trip was 8 years ago. Last time we also stayed at the Resort at LBK. We were just as happy this time as previous two trips. Condo was really quite perfect!! Great layout for traveling with adult son and new daughter-in-law as bedrooms were on opposite sides. Balcony views were as great as other reviews said ... which was super important to us as my husband is very fair skinned and loved to just sit on the balcony while surfing the web. Kitchen was well outfitted - there was nothing that wasn't available throughout the condo. We definitely want to make this an annual trip and stay in the same unit. I don't think any other VRBO 's in LBK can beat this place!!

Fantastic stay on Longboat Key

This 2 bedroom condo at the Resort on Longboat Key is very enjoyable. The description is a very accurate description of what to expect. It is particularly well equipped (electronics, kitchen utensils and appliances) and perfectly maintained. The view is exquisite. It is on the top floor and is therefore very quiet. Sue (customers relation) was very responsive and made the check-in process seamless. A lot of information on what to do in the area in the guest book. Highly recommended!

Spacious property with awesome views

Many reviews say the views are better than the listing shows. I hate to heighten expectations, but they are. Direct views of the Gulf and beautiful sunsets from a large balcony that could seat 12 people. Almost 360 degree views that include a view of Sarasota. We saw a bald eagle perching on the roof from the bedroom window! Both bedrooms have Gulf views. Both of the 2 full bathrooms have a second sink adjacent.

Spectacular View, Great Condo

This condo has a spectacular view, is well appointed and has plenty of space. The location is convenient to St. Armand's Circle and the great restaurants of the area. Sue was great to work with and we highly recommend her. We are already considering when we will return to this beautiful place.
