3 Bed, 3 Bath nyligen renoverade Beach House med stort soldäck och uppvärmd pool omgiven av vackert landskap som kommer att få dig att känna att du är på din egen privata resort! Övre nivå har en öppen planlösning med uppdaterat kök, sovrum med renoverat master bad, samt andra sovrum och badkar. Lägre nivå har ett unikt sovrum med ett extra badrum och till och med ett pentry med frukostbar. Inkluderar kabel och trådlöst internet. Uppvärmd utomhuspool omgiven av vacker landskapsarkitektur. Det bästa av allt är närheten till stranden, bara 5-10 minuters promenad till ett vackert privat strandområde. Båtfolk välkomna! Det finns ett båtbindningsområde som inkluderar klossar fästa vid kanalens havsvägg samt två stolpar för att binda upp. Hyresgästen måste tillhandahålla egna båtstötare. Det finns ett grusområde bredvid huset för att parkera en båtvagn eller till och med en liten husvagn. Även med närliggande shopping, restauranger och nattliv kan du verkligen anpassa din semester till att vara vad du vill och göra de bästa semesterminnen som möjligt!

Wonderful property on the canal

I was here for a month, I’m a repeat visitor to LBK.This was one of the nicer houses I’ve stayed in.The kitchen was great, the pool nice and warm and the ground floor separate “apartment” was great for visitors.Klemen was very responsive and communicative.

Great home and location

We really enjoyed our month long visit. The home was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We also appreciated that everything was in good working order. Communication with the owner was excellent. The location of the home was a quick walk to a few restaurants, a general store, a great park with walking trails and a playground. It was also a quick walk to the deeded beach access across the street from the neighborhood. Every day from 10-3 was spent at the private pool. We appreciated that it was heated in February. Early mornings were spent taking walks on the beautiful Longboat Key Beach. We have been to a lot of beaches and this one is our favorite.

Great house, great location

Great stay at this lovely house. Well appointed, very clean, and well maintained. Perfect for our family to spread out & have their own space, but also has nice gathering space with its large great room & areas around the pool. Quick 7-10 min. walk to the private easement leading to a beautiful, quiet beach that was almost like having an entire beach to yourself. Got good use of the beach wagons, bicycles and also the pool when the weather warmed up. Loved the nearby public pickleball courts at Bayfront Park. Owner is wonderful and quick to respond to any questions.

Bright and roomy

We enjoyed our time at Klemen’s house. There is plenty of room and a nice separate accommodation for guests. Being older seniors, we did t love the stairs and high top table but that would hardly be a problem for others. I did wish there had been a garage door control. The pool was nice and warm which was much appreciated.

Wonderful time

We had an excellent stay at this lovely property on Longboat. Really enjoyed the location, the positive energy of the space, and the fully-equipped kitchen which was a pleasure to cook in. We made good use of the peaceful outdoor space along the canal with the lovely pool and grilled several nights. Owner was a pleasure to work with and we would not hesitate to rent the property again.

Great Family Christmas Holiday

Holidays 2019 This house is lovely and well stocked. Our kids and grandkids stayed upstairs while we had the downstairs. They had toddler mattress and pac n play. Pool and canal/dock was well used by all. Kayaks were used to paddle out to the bay. Pool area had tiki bar and bluetooth speakers. Plenty of chairs and towels and pool toys. We walked to to the beach (5-10 minutes) atleast once a day and the sunsets were gorgeous! They had a beach wagon and beach chairs and umbrella. Shopping is close drive. Convenient store at end of street that you can walk to or use their bicycles. Publix and CVS are 3.5 miles south. There are no chest of drawers in any of the bedrooms so we had to live out of our totes and bags. But that was a minor inconvenience compared to all that this property had to offer. We had a minor problem with door lock and TVs but it was quickly fixed. The Owners were easy to reach by text and friendly. I would not hesitate to book again. The Eddys and Bargers

Great layout

Lovely cozy home in our favorite place LBK. The layout is great, is like having 2 homes in one! Klemen is very pleasant, easy to contact, and quick to respond. Unfortunately we left early fearing the hurricane, but we are looking forward to staying here next year!

Wonderful house

The house is ideal for a large family. It is bright and clean and has a cute little outdoor area where you can hangout in the pool during even the hottest time of the day, because it is usually shaded on at least one side. The water temperature was pleasant and the walk to the beach feels very short, maybe 5 minutes, 10, if you are a slow walker. The downstairs was ideal for us with our 2.5 year old son, as we were able to put him to bed and then still enjoy not having to be super quiet upstairs in the main living area. We took the Kayak's out once, which was great too and the garage is full of pool and beach toys/ chairs/ mats. If we return to Longboat Key, we will definitely consider this property again.

Longboat Key June 2019

Great home! Short distance to the beach, and the closest public access was awesome with very few people. It was like having the beach to ourselves. Layout of the home worked perfectly with the large bedroom downstairs...perfect for our teenagers. Definitely recommend!!

Great Amenities, Lots of Room

Very nice place, pool are was great, on canal with hardly any boat traffic! Most of the living quarters were on the second floor with the kitchen, living room, 2 of the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bottom floor was huge , almost like a small apartment. We will be back!

Time to relax!

We truly enjoyed this house and location. Canal for a boat or launch kayaks. Perfect lower level space for extended family or grown children with a child as an example. Garage space for a vehicle, side of house for a boat trailer. Everything for the beach (2 blocks across street), pool, kitchen, games, tv, Wi-Fi, bicycles provided. Great gas grill with large side burner. Relax around the pool to music in the shade or sun. Large upper porch and table for outdoor happy time or dinner. Like any house, nothing is perfect. Older style A/C has single air return in hallway. It has trouble keeping cool at the peak part of the days heat. Ground level window a/c unit was great. Bottom line, 3 adult couples had their own space and a great time!!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home, a short walk to the beach. The heated pool was surrounded by beautiful palm trees and was very enjoyable, with the exception of the ridiculously loud construction that happened to occur directly across the canal every day that we were there. My young children were scared of the loud drill and it interfered with pool time. Although the owner was responsive when I informed him of what was going, it would have been nice if he offered some sort of compensation or at least an apology that we had to deal with this during our stay. With that said, I understand this matter was not his fault. Overall, this is a great property and I think we just happened to stay at a bad time (the construction seemed like it was almost done when we were leaving).
