The house has everything you need to feel comfortable - well equipped kitchen, large screen TV, recreation room with table tennis, grill.Location is also great - just 6 minutes walk to the neartest beach, 2 minutes walk to the club with tennis courts and 25 meters swimming pool. “Wonderful townhome/condo in LBK! Very clean and appropriately furnished for all your vacation needs and more! We had access to tennis courts, swimming pool, bikes and a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Very friendly community. Viktor was a responsive and an accommodating host. “We loved having the house right on the beach and the pool was right out our enclosed patio. Kids could come and go and we all felt safe. Groceries were just a few minutes down the road. Lots of restaurants to choose from. The beach was not busy at all. Seemed private most of the time which was crazy because it was spring break week for a lot of people. If we go to Florida again this will be the spot that I'd want to come too again! We played shuffle board and putti putting as a family!”

“This property was amazing! Location was the best! The pool was such a blessing. Would have preferred a little more food storage in kitchen and less dishes. The mosquitoes carried us away! House was immaculate, very spacious. Walking distance to restaurants, convenient store. Needed a couple items from the host and he was extremely accommodating and very responsive. I highly recommend this property. ”
