“This property was not as advertised. The house on the first photo is the family home (front of the house Norma available to renters-which is misleading) and the rental unit is actually a room at the back of the house with no way to even lock it from the renters side. It is not a studio apartment, rather a room ( with a mini fridge and coffee maker) and bathroom in a house (a mini fridge and coffee maker). There is also a cat living in the home (for anyone with cat allergies). We did not...

“Spotless property, the amenities were excellent, including a large screen tv and back yard with fire pit. It was a perfect location to visit family in Boulder and about 25 minutes from the CU campus. We felt right at home there and would stay there again.”
