“Perfect location on the beach and access to multiple pools (which were never overcrowded)! We loved being minutes from Barefoot Landing as well. Excellent communication with the host. We loved our stay!”

“Great condo nearby everything you need. Good communication and easy check in and. Out. Parking is easy and grocery is nearby. Will definitely book again!”

“Our stay was just quick overnight, but we were very comfortable and delighted with this very cool property.”

“Had a wonderful long weekend! Great location, room was clean and host was very helpful!”

“Everything was as described in the VRBO add. The location to the beach was great and the noise from the outside was minimal. However, the noise from the people upstairs walking around was loud and frequent early in the morning and late at night. My family and I would stay again.”

“Overall, it was in a great location walkable to the beach. Beds were comfortable and owner was very responsive. There is a separation on the wall, possibly from water damage at some point but everything else was good.”

“get place for our 2 person short get a way”

“This was our second time staying in this cozy little condo and we loved it as much as the first. The host was very prompt and accommodating. It’s close to everything you could want.”

“The location is perfect. Across the street from Barefoot Landing. There are multiple pools, beach front, easy access to the beach. The condo itself is super cute and has everything you need including a full size fridge. The host was amazing and extremely responsive. Also, the pool areas and beach are monitored so despite being a large resort, everything was well maintained and safe. ”

Phoned Hostiva almost every day and they said they would phone back. They never did. The last day took the cake; cockroach crawling on the wall. That was the icing...

“Had a great time- condo was as described in listing. Clean and comfortable!”

“The condo was exactly as pictured. We loved the separation of bedroom and general area. The view was what we expected. Our grandson loved the lazy river. The night pool security was very friendly when announcing pool closing at 11pm. The options of pools with different depths was also a favorite. We had a small glitch at check in but our host took care of it with ease. The only part that was stressful was finding appropriate parking in the garage for our truck due to the low clearance. ...
