Vandrarhem i Lookout Mountain

“The employees were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good. The only things like furniture, the shower, ect. were worn out. The shower barely put out water. It is why I gave an okay rating.”

“This place needs a major overhaul!!!!”

“Property was clean. Staff was friendly. Beds were not good. They were very hard. We did not know the property was pet friendly. I heard a barking dog late night and thought it was outside. The large dog began barking at 8 am the next morning and woke the family. It was down the hall from us. We had booked for two nights through Expedia and decided not to stay a second night. Although the staff was friendly they were unable to provide direction on cancelling the second night stay. Expedia was...

“Clean room, friendly staff good breakfast”

“Everything was wonderful!”

“Our room was clean and had a nice smell. The key card was a bit fussy. Sometimes it wouldn't work. The room didn't have a closet or dresser but it was okay.”

“Nice, big room! Excellent breakfast! Close to walmart.”

“Fanns bara några kex på frukosten förutom flingor, inget bröd, ingen youghurth”

“Very upset that the front staff had no authority over the guests. We were on the first floor and for almost 4 hrs had the guests above us (assuming kids) making a ton of noise. We were leaving at 6am and I have a 3 yr old toddler. I called the front desk 5 times and she told me she already called them twice? Okay well they havent stopped or slowed down.”

“Terrible breakfast. Quick checkin. Dirty and soaky room. ”

“Was undergoing a renovation that was not disclosed on the listing. As a result, there was no breakfast (just a grab and go muffin), no room for trailer parking (despite listing saying there was), hallway carpets were covered, room numbers were handwritten post-it notes, and rooms had taste and smell of construction dust.”

“It was a beautiful hotel, very clean, great staff, beds were so comfy and love the breakfast.”

“Everything was excellent, the only issue was pay for parking lot.”

“Hotellet i sig var fint och rent samt trevlig personal. Dock dålig info om dyr parkering (inkl. selfparking) och att deras frukost var riktigt dyr. Hade gärna sett frukostmenyn inkl. priser som en folder på rummet. Frukosten var ändå väldigt god men man ser gärna info om det innan man sätter sig så man vet vad det handlar om. ”

“Hela hotellet mycket nedgånget. Fuktskadad heltäckningsmatta, hela rummet luktade starkt av mögel. Smutsiga sängkläder i utdragssoffan. Torftig och smaklös frukost. Totalt omotiverad och okunnig personal. ”

“We stayed in Room 103. The box springs were incredibly squeaky...I mean REALLY squeaky. Once you got settled in bed it was fine but even rolling over was a noisy experience.”
