“Great apartment. Has everything you need. Right on Broadway. Great if you are going to the Black River Venue. It’s a 2 minute walk. The only complaint that I have is one of the bedrooms needs darkening curtains. It’s like daylight in the room at night. Very difficult to sleep. Other than that it was great. Huge perk was the washing machine. Was able to wash a load of clothes before we moved onto our next destination.”

“We were informed on our check-in day that our reservation were double booked. We were able to get alternate accommodation . This accommodation has a leak in the hallway roof and there were quite a bit of pet hair and debris blowing around the room. The power went out for a solid 3 hours. Base on this we forfeited the fee and moved to the hotel. We will say Alisha was responsive and really moved to address the booking mishaps.”

“Absolutely the worst place I ever stayed. In fact, I slept in my car because it was so filthy. Smoke alarm was disconnected and it smelled like cigarette and weed. There was pubic hair on the toilet, dust on top of the refrigerator, bird poop all over the porch chairs, human and pet hair in every corner and generally a disgusting pit. “The instructions to find the property did not really adequately describe how you would need to locate the hidden doorway to the building (do not try any of the street doors, there is an entrance in the alley), and somehow find the rickety elevator while wandering through other apartment's courtyards(?).
