The house provides a total of 4 beds, distributed across 2 bedrooms, making it ideal accommodation for couples, friends, and families looking to spend their holidays in proximity to the renowned Conero Riviera. The location offers a peaceful retreat from the bustling seafront, while remaining conveniently close to historic villages and medieval hamlets that exude an unforgettable charm.
In the sleeping area, there are two double bedrooms, each equipped with a bed measuring 180x190. Additionally, there is a full bathroom with a window.

Porto Recanati, the northernmost coastal town in the province of Macerata, boasts a central strip of both stony and sandy beaches along a steep sea. Located near Monte Conero, the flat terrain is perfect for seafront walks, making it ideal for family tourism. The area features modern bathing establishments, children's playgrounds, water sports opportunities, and three cycling paths, making it a popular seaside destination in the Marche region.
The seafaring tradition of Porto Recanati is showcased in the Museo del Mare, situated in the former fish market complex. To the south lies the archaeological area of the Roman city Potentia, with the remains of the 12th-century Abbey of Santa Maria in Potenza. The Scossicci valley houses the church of the Banderuola, associated with the tradition of the Holy House. In the Montatrice area, the Art Nouveau-style Villino Terni features frescoes by local painter Biagio Biagetti.
A culinary highlight of Porto Recanati is the brodetto, a fish-based dish. The local variation excludes tomatoes and incorporates saffron from the Conero region, giving the dish a distinctive yellowish color.
