Charmiga Casa vid den pittoreska sjön Cortes

Bara ett stenkast från havet av Cortez är vår casa i Loreto Bay ligger i en vänlig community där du kan njuta av den charmiga och pittoreska livsstil Loreto. Vakna upp och njuta av morgonyoga på stranden, tillbringa dagen kajakpaddling, paddel ombordstigning, vandring, fiske, snorkling, golf och dykning, eller helt enkelt smutta på margaritas vid poolen eller i casa privata uteplats med en god bok. Ät i stan på några giltiga, familjeägda restauranger som erbjuder smaken av Baja och utforska shopping och historiska mission i staden.

Casa har två sovrum, båda med king size-sängar och 6 pers bekvämt med bäddsoffa. Det finns två badrum. De sovrum och vardagsrum har alla enheter luftkonditionering med fjärrkontroller. Det finns ett öppet vardagsrum som ligger i anslutning till köket så att du kan laga mat och underhålla på samma gång. Franska dörrar öppna matsalen så att du kan låta vinden flödet i medan du koppla av inomhus. I köket finns all nödvändig mat och silver samt en kaffebryggare, diskmaskin, kylskåp, ett handfat, och ugn. Det finns också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i huset.

Det finns en grill på övervåningen uteplats samt en trappa upp däck område som täcks med skugga där du kan sitta och titta på soluppgång eller solnedgång över bergen.

Vår förvaltare är mycket tillmötesgående och kan boka turer till havs Coronado Island där du är nästan säker på att se delfiner och sjölejon och kan lounge på ön för dagen och snorkla eller lägga av det kristallklara vattnet.

Stranden och 3 olika pooler är alla gångavstånd från casa och du kan gå rätt ner på gatan till den lokala vinbaren för natten. Det finns också ett lokalt kafé för att få smörgåsar och kaffe pick-me-up under dagen. Också ligger på gångavstånd är en liten affär för att köpa några väsentliga.
Casa finns wifi-anslutning.

Flygplatsen kallas Loreto International Airport (LTO) och handlar om en 8 minuters bilresa till huset. Du kan antingen ta en taxi från flygplatsen eller hyra en bil under din vistelse. Huset är ca en 10-12 minuters bilresa till staden Loreto där det finns många restauranger, stranden, affärer, uppdraget, och natursköna områden att gå runt.

We had a wonderful visit to Napolo Loreto! Jo Ann was great at communicating leading up to our visit as well as during our time there. Easy check in, great layout of living area and bedrooms - perfect for our group. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home

The home is beautiful. Very impressed with the cleanliness. Beds are comfortable and great location. Short walking distance to the best pool in the neighborhood. We had an amazing time and I would book this property again when we go back to Loreto.

Beds were very comfortable…kitchen well appointed….location near road, pool and wine bar very good for getting around and delivering groceries. We didn’t really ever figure out how to watch TV.

Wonderful property

Our family of three traveled to Loreto and stayed for one week. Immediately after making the reservation the owner reached out to ask about how they could assist in planning our trip. The week before the trip we received further communications including texts for any last minute questions or concerns. The property is in good condition and had more than we expected (beach towels, hair dryers, well stocked kitchen for cooking). We rented a car and parking was ample and easy. The house is very close to the pool. My only advice is to be aware of the floor plan. Many of these houses are two bedrooms with the entrance to the upstairs bedroom accessed from the courtyard. The layout is perfect for fsmilies with older children or two couples traveling together. If you have very young children the layout may prove challenging. Our trip was wonderful! Thank you Joann.

Casa Needs a Little Love

Great location, close to pool, beach and village restaurants. We stayed for two months in this unit and, overall, it was a nice stay. We were surprised there was only one lounge chair for all of us to use. It would have been a nice addition to the rooftop terrace to have at least one more for a party of 4 for overall comfort. The mattresses need to be replaced as they are soft with multiple dips in them. The linens are newer and of good quality. The dim lighting in the kitchen was difficult for food preparation, maybe brighter LED type bulbs would help. We were also surprised at the lack of supplies or “starter pack “ for our arrival. We have stayed in multiple VRBO’s over the years and expected shampoos, soaps, etc. That may not be the ‘norm’ for the area but we weren’t prepared for it. Both the owner and the property manager were responsive to our needs. We loved the sustainable concept of Loreto Bay and meeting the neighbors who embrace it. We will definitely return to the area and have already booked our stay for next year

Nice villa but a little worn

This was our 5th time renting a villa in Loreto Bay Nopolo. First will start with the bad. When arrived the tile floors where filthy; rugs, beach towels, and bedding needed to be washed; was given only hotel size soaps, shampoo & conditioner and no laundry detergent. BBQ was filthy plus scraper was melted on grill. Never did get a replacement BBQ brush. Given only 1/2 large bottle of water and no water stand for drinking water. While there, the fridge had to fixed and dishwasher had to be replaced so had to wash dishes for 2 weeks if our stay. Now for the good. The villa is nicely furnished. There are plenty of bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, pots & pans. Very close to community pool, beach, golf course, and restaurants. The owner was very responsive to our concerns.

Great Stay in Loreto Bay

Wonderful spot for two couples! Lots of privacy, close to Community Pool, Wine Cellar, La Sirena Baja Cafe, and beach. Lovely view of the mountains from the viewing tower, morning, noon, and night! Loreto is a very special place and this home is a comfortable one to view it from!

The online pictures made the casa seem bigger than in actuality so I was somewhat disappointed when we arrived. I appreciated the outdoor living space on the second level but the some of the cushions could use upgrading. However our most significant disappointment were the beds. Both were way too soft for comfortable sleeping and backaches were common during our stay. If the beds were replaced I would definitely return to FN422

❤️ this place

We’ve stayed in this community before but not this house. This house was perfect. We are a family of four & the size was great. The kitchen had everything we needed. Also, the outdoor patios are lovely. *Note- if you have young kids, the layout might not be ideal. There is 1 BD/1BA downstairs. There is also 1BD/1BA upstairs but completely separate from the house. **Note- if you are 2 families & want some space/privacy, the separateness could be ideal. The area- we love it. It’s south of Loreto, called Nopolo. It’s a community of colorful homes that seem to be mostly owned by Americans & Canadians. A 3 minute walk takes you to the bay. There are kayak & SUP rentals. The snorkeling was nice. At this time of year (November), I’d recommend a spring wetsuit. The water is not cold but a short wetsuit will make snorkeling a more pleasant experience. With that said, if you stay here & don’t venture out, you will not experience Mexican culture. With a car, Loreto is about 10 minutes away. There you can experience Mexico. Overall, this place is easily 5/5! And, JoAnn was responsive by email though we didn’t have any problems. Can’t wait to get back. 👍😊

Loved this casa

We thoroughly loved our stay at this casa. This was our 3rd visit to Loreto Bay. This casa was clean, with plenty of linens and towels. The beds were very comfortable. The location to the big pool was a huge plus. It’s a very close walk to the ocean. Joanne was very helpful and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!
