The villa is divided into two separate flats which enjoy magnificent views over the valley. The apartment is on the first floor and has a private, shaded balcony furnished with a sofa, armchairs and a dining area. Inside, there is an open-plan living room with high ceilings and a traditional fireplace. It is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, flat-screen Smart TV and a dining area. The separate kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and Moka coffee maker.

On the ground floor of the house, there is a changing room for guests who play tennis or swim, plus a shower and a laundry room. The shared swimming pool has a slide and guests can relax on sun loungers after a refreshing dip. For the more active, there is a floodlit tennis court. At the rear of the house, there is an outdoor cooking area with a barbecue, wood-burning oven and sink.

Location
The apartment is very well located, just 45 minutes from Arezzo, 40 minutes from the centre of Florence and 1 hour from Sienna. Some of the finest cities in Tuscany are all within easy reach. Chianti - famous for its delicious wines, is less than 1 hour from the house. A trip to one of the many vineyards for a wine tasting makes a wonderful day out.

There are some excellent restaurants in the area, but for self-catering, the local markets are not to be missed. Rignano sull’Arno (5 minutes) has weekly markets on Thursday and Saturday, where you can find the very best local produce to cook back at the villa.

Florence airport is just 40 minutes away.
