“Borgo Argiano is a Tuscan treasure! We were looking for a luxury stay on the Tuscan country side with high standard, own kitchen, pool and just a few rooms. Borgo Argiano is ticking all the boxes. some minor details are missing to reach absolute top class but easily compensated by Dario’s hospitality! Own production of oil and wine accompanied some fantastic dinners at the balcony with the Tuscan hills as a background. Next time we will go here with friends and family!”

Stay is on the second floor so be prepared to carry the luggage. There are two bathrooms but only one shower. “Great host who brought some Italian food products for use at arrival. Communication was very good, questions that occurred during the week was replied to fast by text message. It’s worth to know that the house is located 600m above sea level and the road is a 10-15 minutes uphill on concrete/gravel road by car. My girls were sad to miss trick or treating on Halloween night and when we came back from dinner Sonia had a sweet surprise waiting for them on the door. “We enjoyed our stay in Chianti. This home is very remote, 90 minutes from Florence up twisting mountain roads. Google maps got us within 2 km. The turn off to the rental from the main road is further west than Google shows on SP73. The nearest market is 30 km.
