“Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit großem, komplett umzäunten Grundstück (ideal für unseren Hund). Toller Pool und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter. Perfekt wären noch Fliegengitter an den Schlafzimmerfenstern gewesen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”

“Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... “Een fijn vakantiehuis, zowel bij mooi als slechter weer. Grote tuin met heerlijk zwembad, maar bij kouder weer heel ruim en gezellig binnen, twee knusse haarden, een collectie dvd's etc. Een prima huis om met een grote familie in te verblijven. Enige nadeel is misschien dat het wel vrij afgelegen ligt en in de heuvels, dus je moet best veel rijden om dingen te zien. Verder heerlijk en hele vriendelijke communicatie met de lokale beheerder.”

“Unser Aufenthalt in einer Gruppe von 20 Personal, alles Familien mit Kindern war wirklich sehr erholsame. Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Kinder und die Erwachsenen hattten auf dem Grundstücke genug Platz um gemeinsame zu verweilen oder auch sich zurück zu ziehn. Ein toller Pool, guter Zufahrtsweg und der Strand nur 20 Minuten mit dem Auto haben den Aufenthalt abgerundet. “Le site est splendide et reposant. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée. Une climatisation du second étage serait bienvenue avec ces fortes chaleurs. Piscine et équipement très complet: chaises longues espaces différents selon l'ombre de la journée, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.”

Der Pool war ausreichend groß für uns 4, der Garten schön und auch groß mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich auszubreiten und die 3 Tische für die Mahlzeiten zu stellen. Jeden Morgen kam Lino vorbei und hat sich um die Aussenanlagen gekümmert und 2 mal gab es frische Eier von den Hühnern. Das Haus ist zwar Baujahr 1980 aber die Ausstattung war ausreichend und es hat an fast nichts gefehlt, so dass wir einen schönen Urlaub verbrachten”

“We hade a great stay in the villa during 9 unusually hot days in June. The fans in the bedrooms were definitely needed. We were 3 families 6 adults and 7 teenagers between 16-19. At the outdoor eating area we had both breakfasts and many home cooked dinners. The kitchen was quite well equipped and it was great with 2 ovens when we were so many. The slow two slice toaster was on the other hand a nuisance in the mornings. There was also something wrong with the electricity in the kitchen area...

“We had a lovely week at Casa Oleandra. The communication with the owner before, during and after our visit made us feel safe and comfortable and everything went smoothly. Lucia met us at Scarlet's Bar and gave us a house tour. After that we pretty much got by on our own. The house was spacious and pretty and we found everything we needed and more. “We had an amazing holiday in this beautifully restored farmhouse set in a stunning location. Rolling hills, incredible sunsets and the spacious living areas and grounds, made it a holiday to remember. Luisa and family were very welcoming and attentive hosts. “We had different guests staying with us (with children) over the two weeks we stayed in the house. They all were happily surprised by the nice pool, standard o the house and not least the hospitality of Signora Paola. At several occasions we combined a day at the pool with an afternoon at the beach. The house kept rather cool in spite of high temperatures. Lovely in all senses!”
