Very bright and clean with many hand picked amenities, make this a fantastic space for those wanting to enjoy California living at its finest.

Built in 1926, with many original details, this petite house (750 sq feet of living space upstairs and an additional 200 sq. feet downstairs (separate entrance, no bathroom) is at the end of a cul-de-sac, offering much privacy and a large and entirely fenced garden that makes the overall space feel much larger. The wonderful outdoor sitting areas offer many spaces for enjoying family and friends or for quietly reading or working. It has great vibes and is a very special place.

Secure parking for 2 cars inside gate (Cars would be parked single file - No covered parking) and 2 parking spaces outside gate (side by side).
Amenities include regular sized washer and dryer. Kitchen with stove, small fridge, microwave, plenty of pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cooking utensils, dishes and flatware.
Bathroom is small with a clawfoot tub with shower head.

This is your own private space.
Other things to note
There is a flight of 17 stairs to access the main living space. (no wheelchair access).
There is also a 2 1/2 ft deep pond and terraced walls, so not recommended for small children.

4 people maximum unless approved PRIOR to booking. Additional people are $75 per person, per night.
Well behaved pets accepted with owner approval.
Mailbox is for owner use ONLY. Please arrange to have your mail forwarded to a nearby post office box.
Gardener comes once per week. Pond cleaner comes once every 2 weeks. They let themselves in.
Locked storage in downstairs office is for owner use only and would only be needed in case of emergency.
