Great home for families!
The host very sweet and accommodating. The pool was perfect for the kids to enjoy and the house had plenty of space for everyone to have their own space. I would highly recommend this home because the neighborhood is gorgeous! Right down the street from hiking and the Griffith observatory.

Amazing
The host was more than accommodating with anything we needed. The house is clean with multiple rooms to pick from. The pool and spa are heated along with outdoor living space. It’s one place worth staying with everything a short distance away.

Fantastic House, Fantastic Location, Fantastic Host
We had a group of 9 friends visiting Los Angeles for the Halloween weekend and stayed at Angela's gorgeous house. The house was very spacious, clean and certainly at all the features as advertised in the pictures. We spent a lot of time in the backyard pool and jacuzzi which were very well maintained and private. The location couldn't have been better as it's located within a 10 minute drive to Universal Studios, Griffith, and all the amazing Thai food restaurants. Angela was such an amazing host as well. She's super responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process. Would wholeheartedly recommend this amazing experience!

Relaxing getaway before a wedding!
We had so much fun staying at Villa Seranno for the weekend. The house had space for all 10 of us and the amazing host Angela left us pastries and wine that were gone by the first night. We went on a walk in Griffith park right across the street and my 15 month old was able to play at the playground. It was a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. Angela was very responsive and the house had everything we needed! Lots of great restaurants and grocery stores so close. We had a great time!

Best weekend ever!
My party and I had the best time at the house. It had everything we needed to accomadate my group of 10. We swam, had plenty of room to spread out and were able to come together for family style dinners and games. The location is wondeful. A skip to the Griffith Observatory, short ride to West Hollywood and many tourist attractions. Our host, Angela, was so lovely and sweet. She had great communication and even went above and beyond to assist us. We will definitely be back to stay at this home again.

A perfect cozy home for a girls trip!
This home was exactly what we were looking for for our girls weekend. It was clean, spacious, and the backyard was like a little oasis. Amazing house in the best location!
Stayed with my family of five (2 adults, 2 13 year olds and a 9 year old). This is the perfect house! Centrally-located, in a very nice neighborhood. Two great food stores in walking distance. Across the street from the park. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The pool and hot tub are amazing! Just a fantastic place to stay with a family and see the sights of LA! Highly recommended!

We chose this property based on the wonderful reviews, centralized location, and pool. Our expectations were met across the board. Angela was right there if we needed her, we didn’t spend much time in traffic, and everybody loved chilling out at the pool after the day’s adventures. Boys 50th trip

Great house in the perfect intown location
We were in LA for our sons law school graduation. This house was the perfect spot for our family to gather and celebrate. It’s walking distance to a wide variety of great restaurants and shops abd right across the street from Griffith Park. After hiking up to the observatory it was wonderful to come back and jump in the pool and hot tub. Angela, the host, is very easy to contact and so welcoming. She greeted us with a delicious German chocolate cake. We hope to stay in the house again.

Great spot for a family gathering!
The property met all our needs as a family. The property manager went above and beyond to get us a high chair for our infant grandchild, going shopping for it the evening we got there and delivered it the next morning!!!!! What customer care! Backyard Oasis
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The neighborhood and street are so lovely and right across from Griffith Park. It was a relaxing and fun long weekend with friends and family. There was plenty of room for all of us- we only ended up using 4 of the 5 bedrooms, but could have spread out more if we wanted to. The house is spacious. The kids loved the backyard pool and hot tub so much, we spent most of our mornings and afternoons there! Angela is very responsive and welcoming. Overall a fantastic stay! We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

griffith park is right across the street. thai town is two blocks away. koreatown a few blocks further. location suited us well. house is large yet cozy. appliances could use an upgrade. pool and hot tub are pristine. my son loved having his own little pool house and he was in and out of the hot tub each evening.

Beautiful home, great location, awesome property manager
Amazing home and perfect for a low key girls weekend. Easy to find, ample parking, and central to great restaurants, tourist spots, and event venues. We had a car and able to park on property but also found it easy to call a ride share too. Angela was an amazing property manager. She was so responsive, fast with replies and very clear with house rules & details. She went above and beyond for our group, gifting us a cake, giving us local recommendations and making sure our experience was great. The house is super safe and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The home has plenty of space and sleeping accommodations were very comfortable. Kitchen is very well stocked and everything worked as expected. Having access to laundry and full size bathroom downstairs was very convenient. Pool and hot tub were very clean and easy to operate. This is a residential neighborhood. Neighbors are quiet and respectful and I appreciated the quiet hours after 10pm. I can’t wait to visit again!

Awesome home in a gorgeous neighborhood
This home is the perfect Hollywood classic in a very upscale quiet neighborhood. It is also very convenient for many Hollywood attractions. We stayed for my 10 year old son's birthday and visited Universal. Angela is a great host, she was there to help with everything we needed and even had a Birthday cake delivered to the home before our arrival in honor of my son's special day!

Wonderful long weekend in LA
A group of friends stayed here while we were all attending a wedding in the area. The house was very clean and spacious, with many comfortable communal areas where we all could sit back and relax. Great house for entertaining our group and perfect location close to the Hollywood Bowl.
We were very pleased with our stay in Angela‘s house. She greeted us upon arrival with some potato treats and explained everything we would need to know about the house in detail before leaving. Comfortable house in nice location
Great backyard with nice hot tub and pool. Angela was a responsive host. She lives next door and was kind to leave a delicious cake for our group. It is a comfortable space for large groups, can fit 10 if you’re willing to share beds. There are aero beds available but you have to pay extra for those. List of instructions/rules is longer than most rentals. I appreciate it’s to cover all the bases, but makes for a long read and being consciousness people, we wanted to make sure we didn’t miss anything. Located walking distance to Griffith Park, which was a plus. My group had a nice time there!

Beautiful house and very accommodating host!
The property was beautiful and just as pictured in the listing. We had a group of 10 women for a bachelorette party and it worked out perfectly for us. Just a few steps from Griffith Observatory for morning hikes and a great pool for lounging by all day afterwards. We had a private chef come cook us dinner one night and the kitchen was well stocked and dining room table comfortably sat us all. Angela was very accommodating with my questions leading up to our trip and once we arrived. She stopped by to introduce herself upon arrival and showed us how to work the pool and hot tub. She even left us a bottle of sparkling rose and a cake for the group which was such a sweet touch! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Spacious place in a beautiful neighborhood
Had an amazing time here with a group of friends. Literal stones throw to Griffith Park. Lots of sleeping space, including the separate ensuite attached to the garage. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Quiet and safe neighboorhood. Only complaint is the drummer that lives next door (which is of course not something the owners can change, but definitely affected our ability to sleep in).

The old house was beautiful and the hardwood floor throughout was a nice touch. It had an air of old beauty to it. Unfortunately the 'old' is accentuated as much of the downstairs furniture was discolored or had small tears in it, the television had a permanent 'burned in' discoloration and there were several chips/breaks in the kitchen counter/floor tile. One of the back doors did not close unless it was bolted shut and there was no hot water in the 'in-law suite'. Despite these small issues, the house was still gorgeous.

Best Family Holiday
My family from Florida and DC came to stay with us here for the 2021 Christmas Holiday and our time here was so special. Angela was an incredible and accommodating host who welcomed us and communicated with us quickly while we were on the property. The house had great space for our family which ranged from infants to my 70 year old parents. The kitchen was great for cooking and we are so happy we chose to stay here and with Angela as our host.

Beautiful house
We rented the house to be close to the venue where we had my daughters sweet 16 party. Angela was so nice she got my daughter a cake for her birthday and she was so nice to change my reservation date 3 times because I had rented the house way before COVID had started thank goodness dates where available. The house is big and clean. All my family that stayed loved it. We had so much room for everyone. The pool and jacuzzi were so clean, my family enjoyed them. Thank you Angela :)

Dream Vacation for 40th Birthday Suprise
We booked Angela's house for a group of long-time friends to surprise our friend for her 40th birthday. It was a huge success, and the house was perfect. We had such an amazing time at Angela's property. From arrival to departure, the experience was great. Angela provided good communication about the check-in process and made herself very available for any questions or concerns, of which there were none! She bought a cake which was in the fridge when we arrived, and it was gorgeous. The home is large enough to accommodate 10+ people. The open large rooms downstairs allowed everyone to feel included no matter where they were and the dining table was huge and we all could eat together comfortably. The kitchen is well-designed with large cabinets and a large fridge. There is almost everything you would need for cooking, blending, grilling, spicing, or serving, although we did need to buy some cooking oil. But we bought so many groceries, so this was not an issue! The pool was definitely the major selling point. It was the centerpiece of our stay. I cannot overstate how amazing the pool is. The spa has a waterfall into the pool, and you can control the heat of both the pool and the spa, which is really nice. It was hot when we stayed, so we mostly left the heat off. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The pool house bedroom is where I slept, and it gets very dark in there due to the blackout curtains. And the bathroom in that bedroom is so convenient for folks using the pool, even though there's a bathroom directly inside the house from the back door. We did need our own shower products, but I figured we would. But every bathroom had plenty of soap and toilet paper! There were so many extra towels and sheets and blankets stashed in the house, we had everything we needed during our 5-day stay. We had so much fun here and made memories I will never forget. This was simply a once-in-a-lifetime vacation. Thank you, Angela!
