  • This luxurious and spacious presidential condominium is ideal for families or a group seeking shared accommodations while still enjoying the privacy of separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The condo features two master bedroom suites plus a third bedroom, each with a private bath.

    There is a complete kitchen, laundry facilities, and a HUGE private balcony that overlooks the Sea of Cortez. Guests also have access to the fitness room at Las Palmas de Cortez for a fee.

We have stayed at various units at the Villas de Cortez but this was by far the best ever. The condo was very comfortable and well outfitted. The host made it very easy through all parts of the rental process. We can't wait to return.

The property was fantastic, and just as listed. Practically private swim up bar downstairs was very good and not mentioned in the listing. Only issue was the a/c went out a few times in the afternoon, but Chris was great about getting back to us. Turns out all the a/c units were being replaced/upgraded. Overall a great place to stay on a beautiful, quiet beach.

Great Place

Very much enjoyed the stay. Only negative was lack of dishwashing soap and detergent. We left detergent for the next people.

Great trip

Great location on the property. 4th floor gave us a beautiful view. Unit had everything we needed. Lots of towels for the pool, cards & games, washer & dryer to clean our clothes from two days of fishing. Owner was very responsive and even made some great local recommendations. Check in couldn’t have been any easier. We will definitely stay here again.

The suite is great plenty of room for 6 adults. Haveing the kitchen is a bonus for people that don't mine making some meals while on vacation. Both the owner and the property manager were very responsive and accommodating. I flight was moved back several hours and we were allowed to say a little later in the room with little notice. Over all a great experience.
