Vår Cabo-lägenhet ligger precis vid Costa Azul-stranden i lägenhetskomplexet La Jolla de Los Cabos i San Jose del Cabo. Dessa lägenheter ligger bara tjugo minuter från Los Cabos internationella flygplats och bara ytterligare tjugo minuter till staden Cabo San Lucas. Den bekväma och nyrenoverade lägenheten ligger i en mogen och lugn miljö, i det vi tror är det bästa området i alla Los Cabos. Detta vackert anlagda komplex ligger på en lång strand som fronter Cortezhavet.

Bara en kort promenad längs stranden från lägenheten ligger Zippers, en av de hetaste surfplatserna i Baja. På Zippers finns surfbräduthyrning och lektioner tillgängliga, samt en fantastisk restaurang och bar. Vid olika tider på året kan du sitta på stranden och titta på valarna strax utanför stranden. Vår lägenhet är bekvämt beläget inom gångavstånd från strandrestauranger, ett stort köpcentrum (Mega) för livsmedel och andra behov, och viktigast av allt bara några steg från sanden och surfa. Komplexet är vackert underhållet med två pooler omgiven av palmer.

Staden San Jose del Cabo har många små butiker och restauranger och ligger bara några minuter bort. San Jose är en gammal mexikansk kolonistad med en mer autentisk, lättsam och långsammare atmosfär än Cabo San Lucas.

the view in the photo was spot on. to be able to watch the sunrise was wonderful...to hear the waves crashing , therapeutic ....to have our tea/coffee on the patio every morning, second to none!!! the pool for the property was lovely!!!! the whole condo was great...well equipped and a great mexican vibe!!!!! comfy bed!!!!!!! our host was easy to communicate with start to finish!!!!! would go back in a heartbeat!!!!! 3

Everything we needed

The property was very well equipped. It was perfect for the two of us. Lots of room. While not right on the beach the view of the ocean was not obstructed. Loved watching the whales as the sun came up. While a bit too far to walk downtown there were lots of good restaurants within walking distance. We had a car rental and were generally able to park close to the entrance. Would definitely go back again.

We loved the views, Sunrises especially. The room was very comfy and the pools were great especially the pool bar! What We didn't like was the hidden cleaning fee we were told to pay 3 days before arrival after we thought Our total was paid and the cancellation period ended. The owner emailed Us saying we NEED to leave 45.00 dollars plus 20 percent tip in pesos for the maid. I have never experienced hidden fees when booking through Expedia. Upon departure the groundskeeper stopped and asked Me if I paid the 55.00 cleaning fee. I told Him I was told to pay 45.00 and nobody tells Me how much to tip although i did leave a nice tip as I always do

Beautiful Place! And amazing views.

This unit is a gem! Accessing everything was very smooth and instructions were clear. The unit has everything you could possible need (I.e a blender, a juicer, lots of towels, etc). I couldn’t find anything missing that I might want. It was also immaculate and the views were incredible. Steps away from the pool and the beach. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely go back and stay there.

Beautiful!

Nancy’s condo at La Jolla was perfect for me and my husband. Beautiful view and grounds. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Friendly people. Relaxing vibe. Many nice amenities within Nancy’s condo that made us feel right at home. Highlights of our time: Sunrise views, baby sea turtles on the beach, and fish tacos at Mama Mia’s. Hoping to return and stay here again. Thanks Nancy!

We loved the location. We were within walking distance of 3 restaurants with great food. The condo was very clean with lots of space and well equipped with a full kitchen and beach items like towels, umbrella and folding chairs. We were close by the pool where we could swim and sit by the pool. We even saw a whale from our balcony. This area of the beach offered many sightings of stingrays and lots of surfers. We plan to visit again.

We are a couple that chose the property for proximity to surfable waves. Loved the kitchen for cooking our own meals and patio with ocean views. Nancy really went above and beyond to make us feel at home during our stay. Much better experience than staying at a hotel/resort!

Perfect Getaway

What a wonderful vacation! This was a quick last minute getaway for just me and 2 of my children. Nancy's condo was just perfect for us and the location was amazing. Easy walking distance from restaurants, groceries and delicious ice cream! We had a wonderful time just hanging out on the beach and then the pool when we got a little too warm. This was our first time in San Jose del Cabo and we will definately be back. The weather is absolutely perfect - no humidity, warm during the day, cool at night! We didn't even need the air conditioner because the breeze from the ocean and the fans were enough. Nancy was a wonderful host, very available and informative. I was nervous about finding a place to get a Covid test to return to the states, but that turned out to be an easy process to complete. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing Holiday!

Beautiful view in a nice complex

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a great location on a beautiful beach. Close to the town of San Jose del Cabo and only a short 20 minute drive to Cabo San Lucas. You are close to the all-inclusive property's pool, but we didn't find it to be intrusive. The photos are accurate as far as view and of the condo itself. The condo is stocked with all of the necessities to cook meals in and to enjoy a day in the condo or on the beach. The bed is a bit firm for our taste, but not unreasonable. Security at the complex is excellent and is very pleasant, but not at all over-bearing. Nancy is responsive to any needs or requests and supplies a lot of information about restaurants, etc. One restaurant that I would definitely add to her list is right up the hill (within walking distance) of the condo. Cantina Sardina is excellent and priced properly. They do only take cash so be prepared. The only real issue we had was there are few small maintenance items that work, but for just a few dollars and a little time could be repaired for good, instead "fixed for now". Nothing that should concern someone renting this place. We would gladly return to this condo.
