“The condo is excellent! The owners had plenty of communication ahead of time, so I knew what to expect going into it. The security at the compound kept it so that only guests were there, and it didn't feel overwhelming with college kids compared to the rest of the town. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless and very efficient. The condo is in great shape and has a great view overlooking the pool. The walk to the beach was very easy and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Everything was as described in the listing. Condo was very clean and lots of extras to use in the well stocked kitchen. We had a few minor maintenance issues that weren't resolved during our stay due to staffing issues. Certainly not the fault of the owner. Jerry got back to us promptly about the situation. The three bedrooms with three baths was perfect for our family. Would definitely stay again.”

“The property and the host were great. Hosts were very gracious with access to the property earlier than expected as requested. The beach was just a couple minutes walk and the two pools with spas were good to escape the sand. Whether you were with family or looking for a relaxing trip for two, it was overall a great experience. Had all the amenities needed for a week long trip. Clean, comfortable, and having 4 bedrooms and 4 baths made getting ready much easier and we all had a private space....

“This unit was a pleasant surprise. It is very clean and has just about everything you could need. Great view and we were able to see the Friday night fireworks (from Clayton’s) perfectly. Property manager was great at communication. There are two pools and both were great. If you need to reserve a beach chair or umbrella, you can do so at the front desk (you pay at the front desk). They also had ice on site which was a blessing. We will be back!”
