“Everyone was friendly. The host was very responsive and great to chat with. The cottage was cozy and well stocked. I was surprised at how quiet everything was being so close to the freeway. I think I only notice one loud car and one loud motorcycle the three days we were there, which is a lot less than what I hear in my parent’s neighborhood in south San Jose. It was a very relaxing stay, and we LOVE the cactus outside of the front door! Thank you so much for sharing this lovely place to stay!”

“We booked a room to stay in for the night of our wedding, I communicated we would be checking in late around 10pm. The owner said that was fine and that we’d be able to check ourselves in. The check-in instructions were vague “once you enter the gate”... we were not given a gate code. “We loved staying in this house. It was the perfect place for the two of us to get away for our anniversay and also celebrate Thanksgiving. The house was cozy and all the recommendations were excellent. We will be going to Lilian's for their eggplant parmesan the next time we are in town. The only downside for us is that most likely when we stay in the Santa Cruz are we'll have a dog, so we can't stay at this home again. Thank you for a great vacation!”

“Host was very welcoming following up to make sure no problems entering. The home was just like the pictures, very clean and modern furniture. Every cooking appliance/tool you could imagine. I enjoyed getting to try out the InstaPot. Hand soap upon arrival was definitely noticed by me. After traveling that's the first thing I want to do and I really don't want to have to go thru my belongings to find the soap so that was very much appreciated. Parking situation was great.
