“Die Villa entspricht 1:1 der Beschreibung. Zentral gelegen, toller Pool. Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Kleiner Nachteil ist die fehlende Klimaanlage! Die Deckenventilatoren haben nicht wirklich für die nötige „Abkühlung „ gesorgt. Nun war es Mitte August aber auch sehr heiß. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die Vorort Betreuung, die 5 Sterne verdient !! Auf jeden Fall eine Buchung wert.”

“Antonio was a very nice and helpful host! We lived in the house for almost a month and enjoyed the lovely beach walks and the magical views.”

“We had appreciate a coffeemaker(not capsel) in the kitchen, all scandinavians likes filter coffee. Why not have a book with instructions for tv and a map. Recommeded restaurangs, shops, taxistation(number to taxi) that will help guests a lot. The house is perfekt for big families and has a perfekt playground in the Basement with tabletennis, dart, billiards and football. We enjoy our stay and can recommend the house. We were 8 adults (3 generations)”

“The property was very well equipped, except there was no kettle, but in need of some renovation s, particularly outside. It was very comfortable, but we felt the security could be improved on, I.e the beach gate and side gate did not lock, and the security grill on the sitting room was broken. ”

The house offers sufficient space and is very well maintained and equipped with everything that is needed so that we felt like being at home. “Just home from a lovely holiday in this large spacious villa. Air conditioning was great throughout the house other than in the two downstairs bedrooms in the garage which were both very hot but the large fans provided helped. The kitchen had everything we needed and we had a lovely bbq whilst we were there. Some areas of the villa are slightly run down and need some maintaining. “We had a pleasant stay in Elche. The house and its amenities exceeded our expectations. We did not rent a car and we didn't find it necessary to do so, we felt like locals going by bus and train to explore the surroundings;). Patricia was a really nice person and also very helpful. All in all we had a fantastic holiday.”

“Koude februari en warme maart gaf ons verblijf twee gezichten. Met name de stoelen hebben verbetering nodig. De service van de eigenaar was altijd vriendelijk en oplossingsgericht. Op de stoelen na is dit adres een aanrader. Wij hebben genoten!”

El papel higiénico era insuficiente para nuestra estancia. La casa está bien comunicada y tiene un carrefour cerca al que se puede ir andando.”

“The house is up for sale and it seems like it has been a little forgotten about in terms of maintenance and care. It's quite new but already looks quite run down. The area it is in is a building site (not great to look at but there were no noise disruptions during our stay) and a bit strange, maybe off-season but it felt abandoned and in disrepair. The host was responsive and as helpful as they could be but perhaps their hands were tied in terms of what they were allowed to do. For example:...
