“We booked forest springs resort for a long weekend and honestly didn’t want to leave. The property is tucked right into the pines, you feel like you’re away from everything but can still get to downtown for dinner in mins. We spent most afternoon out on the deck with drinks, hitting the sauna in the evening and hanging out by the fireplace at night. If you’re looking for somewhere to actual relax and unplug this is it!”

“This property is exceptional in many ways, the decor in the rooms, front desk, breakfast area were all very nice and comfortable! In our stay, we had contact with the 2 night desk staff and 6 daytime staff all were very friendly and all were very willing to help with anything we might need. They also were singing the praises of their employer!! The business has a very calming environment, beds were great, towels nice and soft compared to most hotels. “Wonderful stay. Mark was fantastic. Treated us like a member of the family. Even though it’s on the main road it was very quiet. Extremely clean. It’s only an $9 Uber to the Basin Hotel downtown. We stayed in the Renaissance Room. Very spacious. Our only regret was the whole reason I booked was the winery on site, and it was closed, but they do have another one not far away. We will definitely stay here again.”

“No power under TV which made it impossible to work on my laptop and charger my phone and tablet. Only one USB charger worked in the room.only one AC outlet worked in the room! Disappointing😔”

“The property was not what we was expecting We had watched the makeover on tv that dave an jenny done It was just.okay. the pool was great Our room had an awful sewer smell. Thank goodness they moved us to a diffrent room at 10 pm. Are we would have had to check out an go some where else”

“I didn't realize there wasn't a coffee maker or microwave in the room. I'd definitely prefer some way in-room for heating water for tea or coffee. Otherwise, we loved the modern, compact space for the two of us and thought the hotel was beautiful. It's also very convenient to all the downtown establishments, most withing walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I'm sure we'll book a room here again sometime.”

“The room was clean but if your expecting to have Coffee pot in rm it does not and no coffee at all in Motel. They did have vending machine with bottle coffee but I like hot coffee in the mornings. And the only complaint I have besides coffee was the room next door little kids running down the hall and slamming the door often up until I am.”
