âWe had a really great stay here at Th8 Palm. Our room was one of the suites towards the garden. It was an easy access to and from the restaurant, pools and beach. This was especially great since we travelled with two younger kids. The staff in all areas treated us with great service and respect which is something we really appreciated. All in all super happy about our stay amd would definitely come back again.â

âNot a 5-star. Absolutly chaos outside of the hotel, full of people and taxi cars. When we arrived we could not even see where the entrance was. Very crowded. Nobody helped us into the hotel for check-in as there was so many people covering the hotel they barely could see us coming with our bags. Service is cold and poor. Long check-in process, and no welcome drink. No personalized service, butler is of no real use. Just a very hectic, packed out place with three deskes in the main entrance...

âI stort helt fantastiskt hotell med mycket trevlig personal. Ligger pĂ„ en lugn och vacker del av palmen. Bra frukost och jĂ€ttebra service i allmĂ€nhet. De visste att jag fyllde Ă„r sĂ„ de var jĂ€ttegulliga och hade gjort i ordning rummet jĂ€ttefint och bjöd pĂ„ en födelsedagstĂ„rta bĂ„de vid ankomsten och den dagen jag fyllde Ă„r. â

âDas Personal ist sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden direkt in ein gröĂeres Zimmer upgegradet. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und komfortabel / sehr gut und modern ausgestattet.
Es gibt zwei Beach-Clubs mit Zugang zum Meer, die kostenlos benutzt werden können. Ausserdem gab es einen Shuttle zu den Malls.
Leider gab es nur einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein Souvenir-Shop in direkter Umgebung. Aber wenn man das weiĂ, ist es in Ordnung.
Uns hat eine Baustelle direkt vor dem Balkon...
