We were lucky enough to spot deer right outside, saw vibrant rainbows stretch across the sky, and watched stars that felt close enough to touch. “We stayed for a long weekend following Christmas - needed to get away from the city for a bit. It's a beautiful house with a great view and good location. It was just 3 of us so the space was fine -- I am not sure I would recommend it for a larger group in winter, as you'd really be on top of each other. For the other three seasons, the deck, hot-tub, and firepit would all be great ways to spread out. Would definitely love to go back sometime in the future!”

“The cabin is lovely. I was concerned about window air conditioners in the summer, but they kept the house cool quite well. It is a very cozy little place and I would definitely stay there again. The only downside for us was the long very curvy road we needed to negotiate to get to Luray and other nearby towns - it is a beautiful drive but can be tiring. ”

“The cabin was great, it has all the necessary equipment, it looks exactly as in the pictures, and the grill and hot tub are very new. The communication with the host was also amazing.”

“Great getaway location. Lots of space. Loved the porch/deck. It rained a bit & was wonderful to be able to still enjoy the outdoors on the nice sized covered porch. Very pet friendly. Hot tub was relaxing & able to be enjoyed even with rain due to location. Nice n quiet. Saw lots of wildlife, deer, birds etc. Fyi you may not get cell service in this location, we did not. But, we were fine once inside & able to use phone once connected to wifi. Would visit again. Would recommend. ”
