“We stayed at this property when we went to visit our son. The property was perfect for three adults. Access to I40 was a block away. Kim, our host, was quick to respond to my questions quickly. Our stay was comfortable and very pleasant. I would stay at this property again if available for future visits to Tennessee.”

“We had an extended stay and I don't know where to begin: the location was perfectly central to where we needed to be and yet off the beaten path which helped the sense of escape. It was private, quiet, and cozy. The grounds were better than expected especially having a doggo with us (fireflies !). Finally I can't say enough about the host. He is responsive and very friendly. Would easily stay here again without thinking twice.”

“This is definitely a solid rental choice. Nothing fancy but completely adequate with a great location. Beds were comfortable. It is clear that it is run by a rental agency rather than a private owner as evidenced by some lacking personal touches such as hand soap and other toiletries, but for a last minute rental, I have no real complaints. I would stay here again if necessary.”

“Clean and comfortable. Nice and welcoming everytime you walked in, the furniture was super comfortable you were able to sit and just relax. We had to book on short notice on a holiday due to a death in the family the host was very accommodating we were able to check in early, not as early as we had hoped but early. After the days busy activies it was a great place to go and unplug and regroup. The bed couldn't have been any more comfortable than it was especially for as I have back problems....

“Pros: The location of this property was close to family and suited my budget well. It's a cute little two-bedroom one-bath home that has been renovated. The kitchen is beautifully modern and bright. There is no dining table, but a couple of stools at a tall counter are available. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating.
