“The house was a perfect size for us, having 4 adults, 4 kids under 7 and 2 dogs. We did not feel cramped at all!The outdoors area is perfect for hanging out around the fire with food on the grill and while the kids play!! The lake/beach areas, very well kept and beautiful. The house was VERY well prepped from the kitchen to the bedrooms! Every dish/cooking pot you can think of, cooked 3 nights and had everything we needed and more!Butternut farm is great!! “This property was exactly as described and very comfortable for being small and relatively simple. Has all the necessities and some extras, namely a very nice hot tub. I didn't notice how close to the highway it was until after I booked. This is both convenient and somewhat noisy. Still, the traffic noise was not bad inside. The cabin was very clean and Lance was a responsive and great host.”

“We had a great time at this property! We enjoyed the location - private, but still close to town amenities. It had everything we needed and was extremely clean. We were all very comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out and not be cramped. We enjoyed the kayaks and fire pit area through the week. Our teenagers really enjoyed the property as well and were happy to swim, kayak and fish right from the dock. Beautiful home on a beautiful lake! ”

“Overall 10/10. Everything was quiet and relaxing. Easy access to 3 beaches. House is immaculate. Clean and organized from top to bottom, with wonderful decor. The back patio is the same way. Perfect place to relax, have a fire and just enjoy. Communication by the property manager was outstanding. Very quick response time, but we also didn't have to reach out that much because we had everything we needed.”
