“Quiet but close to great places to visit!”

“We stayed here with our family of 6 (4 kids, ages 8-16 & 2 adults), and there was more than enough room! We had plenty of room, the accommodations were so nicely appointed, and the house had everything we needed. With 4 kids (and one of them falling into a creek on one of our hikes, lol), the washer and dryer were great to have, and we all enjoyed the fire pit across the street on the water where we roasted marshmallows and hot dogs for dinner one evening. Great trip, great house, clean...

“This cozy little cabin is a great getaway for peace and serenity, with a babbling brook which my husband and I enjoyed listening to from the secluded back porch, which has a wonderful porch swing and fire pit. We also spent a morning at the wood burning fire pit down by the creek. We enjoyed all the amenities, including the animals that would show up at the creek. Scott was a wonderful host, one of the best we’ve had, as he was easy to communicate with and very accommodating! The cabin was cute...

“Beautiful and comfortable cabin with many amenities on a lovely, quiet cove of Watts Bar lake. The screened porch spans the back of the cabin, at a level with the tree branches - SPECTUALAR! We saw a mating pair of pileated woodpeckers create a hole in a tree for a nest. Within an hour's drive is beautiful and challenging hikes. We brought our dogs. Walking in the neighborhood was nice and safe. Dawn and Tim were great hosts, quick to respond or reach out.”

“A cozy, comfortable rustic 1930s cabin with a modern touch, nestled in the Cherokee National Forest. It's quiet, peaceful and serene. The hosts were great and helpful. Can't wait to visit again. ”

“The property was as advertised. Immediately upon walking through the door I began to wish we were staying longer. Cozy Bear had everything we needed and more. It would be great for a weeks long vacation sadly we were only there two days. Everything was at our fingertips and would be just like you wanted. Plenty of bedroom, bathroom and kitchen space. All neatly packaged for our convenience. I highly recommend Cozy Bear for a lengthy stay or even a couple of days. Awesome experience!”

“Had a great 4-night stay! Loved everything about the house, inside and out. Owner communication was also very responsive and accommodating. The house is well stocked with all the necessities, and a TV in every room is always a plus for us, especially when they’re easy to operate which all the TVs were. I love the decor in every room as well, and couches and beds are so comfy! Can’t wait to book another stay!”
