There’s also a cute area for a small bonfire! Loved the peaceful pretty neighborhood with ice cream shop within a few mins walk. Inside review: SHE GAVE US SO MANY YUMMY SNACKS! “This cozy home was exactly what we wanted. Very quiet, conveniently located near Ashland U. Bedrooms comfy, bathroom, kitchen and living room all extremely clean. Nice and cool AC during a warm summer visit. A great place to hang out with family, play games or watch a movie. We enjoyed cooking instead of eating out, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great host communication as well. We would love to return.”

“The place was very clean host & check in went well, seem like very nice people..Overall it’s a very nice place for a family but if you want to sit outside and have a few drinks w your friends I would pick somewhere a little further out. quiet time is from 10p-8a any little noise makes you feel like your disturbing the neighbors, but a very nice quiet place if you want to chill cookout & have family night.”

“My friends and I rode our motorcycles up from Cincinnati area for the Party at the Pen. The house is historical and very clean. Needed a fe me more towels for the shower but that was ok, we fixed that issue cheaply. The owners were very nice and responded quickly to every message. Will probably stay there next year as well. Highly recommended..”
