“We enjoyed staying at this site but we had difficulty with the address. I would recommend putting the number 67 on the outside of the mud room door, which would make it much easier to find the location A member of our party had difficulty sleeping on the pull out couch and recommended a thicker mattress. We also smelled cigarettes upon entry into the building but once the door was open for a short time the smell went away. I would definitely stay at this site again when I the area.”

“The room was not cleaned. There was dust underneath the bed along with dead bugs, dead bugs on the sheets on the furniture in the plexi. The events were not cleaned nor was the dome organic matter growing everywhere and when I expressed my issues with the dome and refused to stay she would only give a partial refund on top of that the fitness center shown is nothing like what is there there is just two adjustable dumbbells”

“Host communication was excellent. Location was ideal, walkable to the Boothbay Harbor attractions. Nice new wooden floors upstairs with the bedrooms. No AC which was fine for our stay. We must have stayed the first of the season, as the negatives were related to this. The toilets were disgusting with a foul odor and green mold on toilet seats, presumably from 9 months of zero use and the maids not cleaning prior to our arrival. Either way they should be replaced. All else with home was fine.”
