âCute, super clean no frills hotel with the friendliest staff. Front desk person (BM) went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt welcome and cared for. Will be staying here again! Neighborhood is cute, safe with easy access to public transportation and restaurants. â

âEverything was as promised. Although the room was small the large common are was great for computer work and relaxing. This is a great location; Hayes Valley is close to everything (including transportation). This was our second time in this location and we will likely return again.â
âHad a great stay minus one of the doors going to the bathroom got stuck and I had to get rescued by the staff lol but it was no big deal. Very convenient place to stay and I was able to walk to get food and back. Iâm from Seattle and it felt like I was in Seattle still. Staff was very helpful through text and responded back in a timely manner. I slept like a baby, put on my headphones and was gone with the wind.

âStaying at Chateau Tivoli was like stepping into a beautifully preserved piece of history. This Victorian-era mansion offers a rare blend of elegance, charm, and warmth.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel like honored guests in a private home. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the stately double parlor with wine and cheese, and the breakfast was both delicious and thoughtfully presented.
Chateau Tivoli is a must-stay. We canât wait to return!â

Nearby Polk street is nice for restaurants etc. Had a room enclosing the elevator shaft and the noice from was strong. However, I had for some reason no problem sleeping. The good bed might have helped. The restaurant wasnt that that great but there are many nice places around. â
