Two complete living spaces with two master bedrooms, two full kitchens, two laundry rooms with an office and a workout room that can be converted into sleeping quarters by request to add two additional bedrooms. Outside on the lower deck there is a large outdoor bar with a small fridge, large TV and a comfortable seating area. Upstairs there is a second patio for dining with an outdoor television where you eat dinner, relax and look at the gorgeous views. For the kids, we have an XBOX 360 with plenty of games and a basketball shooting machine. The workout room has a treadmill, elliptical machine and free weights you are welcome to use. There will be plenty to do while not at the track, or just a great place to chill and enjoy family and friends.
