“The main concern was the cleanliness. There was a notable smell as we came up the stairs. My son thought it smelled like a wet dog, my husband and I at first thought cooking odor. The apartment had many air fresheners but not nearly enough. We used febreeze liberally but every time it dissipated, the very strong smell was back. It was to such an extent that we later wondered if it was smell was coming from the dumpster located below the kitchen window. Add to this that the floors were filthy,...
