“The main concern was the cleanliness. There was a notable smell as we came up the stairs. My son thought it smelled like a wet dog, my husband and I at first thought cooking odor. The apartment had many air fresheners but not nearly enough. We used febreeze liberally but every time it dissipated, the very strong smell was back.
