    The space
    The Gardiner House has 4 bedrooms, 2 King Size, 2 Full size, all bedrooms have their TV with remote control, WIFI, 2 full bathrooms, garage for one car and 3 more spaces outside with a basketball hoop.
    Its beautiful kitchen has a breakfast area and coffee area, everything you need to prepare delicious meals, it has a living room, dining room and fireplace as well as an irrigation system to keep the green areas beautiful.

    Enjoy the afternoon in the garden with a delicious campfire and barbecue!

Great house, super clean, nicely appointed and decorated, plenty of space and nice backyard space - the location is convenient but right off the highway so there is road noise but did not bother us too much.

Family Visit to Louisville

We had a lot of fun touring Louisville and other places nearby. The rental was so very, very clean and convenient. We especially like the space available to fit 3 cars for parking. Would definitely stay here again!

An amazing host! Very quick with replies. The house was everything as promised. Very clean and spacious. We travel to Louisville often and usually stay at hotels. It was nice to have not only a kitchen but access to washer and drier and large bedrooms. Looking forward to next trip and staying here again!

This home & its host are one of if not the BEST properties we have EVER stayed in. In town for a family wedding & decided to stay here. By far the best decision we’ve ever made. Really nice home in a great location. Close to town tucked away in a really nice neighborhood. We only had 3 couples on our stay but Plenty of room for 4 couples. 4 very nice bedroom with cozy beds and privacy. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware. Will definitely stay again if we are near location again.

Perfect Stay

Outstanding location, just minutes away from the Expo Center and an easy on to the expressway. Have stayed in the area 4 times for the same tournament and this was by far the best location we have been in. Beautiful deck and fire ring area. House was nicely decorated, clean and welcoming. A large tv in the living room as well as a tv in each bedroom. Easy check in and out. Would definitely book again!

Adult family fun trip

Checked into house- perfect location and everything we needed. Our dog was happy to have a fenced in backyard too. The owner was very accommodating. It was a perfect spot for my family and we had a great time!

This is the second time we have stayed in the Gardiner Lane house. It is spacious and well decorated. Beautiful backyard and deck to enjoy the sunshine.

Cleanest Vacation Rental Ever

I stayed with my elderly parents and it was perfect for us. Extremely clean and well designed home that appears to have been updated recently throughout. Close to airport, zoo, Churchill Downs, and my yeah relatives homes who live nearby.

Excellent Stop Close to Interstate!!

We stayed at this property as we were passing through town and were SO HAPPY we chose the property. Not only was it beautiful, clean and spacious, well stocked and comfortable... but it was so close to the interstate AND we could pull into the garage. Unpacking our 3 little kids for the night... this was a game changer! Would definitely stay again and we highly recommend.

THE VRBO STAY AND HOUSE EVER.

Me and my wife are truck drivers and we stay at VRBO homes all over the country. This has been the best ever stay and house that we have ever stayed in. Plan on going back probably in a couple. The house was beautifully decorated. Conveniently located to what we wanted to do it's past weekend. The host was very accommodating and helpful
